Paid almost $1000 on front break work. Didn’t replace everything. Had to pay another mechanic to fix everything again. Down $2000. Not pleased.
EDIT: I brought it back into you, you looked it over again and still didn’t catch the issue.

Bought a truck from Powell Auto Sales & Service last summer, had it serviced there as well. Very friendly, professional & timely service! Pat was great to work with and i will continue to do business with them!

Overcharged me for work that I never asked for. Was completely rude to my significant other when trying to ask why I was getting charged extra. I was told one price and then I got charged three times the amount then what I was quoted. Also told my significant other that they know more than us because they have been around for 40 years and he was stupid. So I suggest to take your vehicle somewhere else because they are a completely horrible business.

We were charged way over the estimated cost to have a new engine installed in my wifes car. There were several problems after the work was done, and the new GM engine blew after less than 3000 miles. The owner was no help and would not even look at the car or help us in any way. We have to have the vehicle towed to a competent mechanic to see if warranty will cover the engine. 10k in the hole and no car to drive. Not impressed
