Not sure what the problem the older woman working there has with me, but she keeps returning my mail to sender and she’s very very rude to me and my kids. It’s a pretty small town and there is absolutely no reason for this woman to act the way she does, it’s completely unacceptable and puts out a very poor representation of what customer service with the USPS has been and should be. Extremely unprofessional. The gentleman that works at this location, however, is very polite and friendly; polar opposite from his coworker in the people skills department. It’s ok to not like it when someone new moves into your small town but it’s not ok to abuse your position as a form of bullying. Hopefully upper management puts an abrupt end to these shenanigans.

The friendliest USPS staff I have ever met. They are always more than happy to answer any questions I have.
