The administrative process was fast, efficient, and professional. The 20' locker we rented was very clean. There was an abundance of pallets to keep our possessions off the ground. Being able to pull right up to your locker and be out of the elements is great. Thanks!

I love that so this facility is big enough to drive a trailer through, and not that busy when my first unit door wouldn't work the attendant gave a unit right nextdoor no waiting

I was a little confused about how to get in the gate because I booked/paid for my unit online but the wonderful lady working helped me out and I like where my unit is located and I like the price as well!

Found Acorn Storage online. Their Blaine location was conveniently located close to me. I drove over there as I needed to get a unit immediately. The gal in the office was so kind and helpful. I needed a climate concontroll unit to store my items. She found me an awesome unit, right inside the door! She helped me get my unit for the first 2 months @ 1/2 price. Plus, she helped set me up to get insurance thru their company. How cool it that? Getting my unit, and the great deal I got, had me leaving a very happy camper! Thanks Acorn Storage!

Easy online set up. Had a last minute need for storage on a same day type thing and I was able to do it all online super easy, great promotion as well, and also left me a lock for my storage which I totally forgot so they saved my ass I’m not gonna lie haha…

Great storage units and the 5x15 are a great size. Staff is nice and helpful. Just got everything moved in with plenty of room for more. Online setup was easy and got my unit number and gate code right away didnt have to stop by the office.

I rented a temperature controlled unit for a year. The customer service was always friendly and prompt. They do not pro-rate the rent if you move in/out mid-month; you pay the full month’s rent either way. The only issue I had was that it seemed that the last two months (July and August) my building and unit seemed to be lacking in temperature and humidity controls. Some of my things ended up warped and a little musty. Overall, the accessibility and ease of use were really good. I do recommend them and would use them again if needed. Edited to add location: Blaine, MN, off of Hwy 65.

Was always greeted with respect and storage units were always up to par with cleanliness and climate controlled units. It was very easy for me to switch to a smaller unit when I needed it and it was very easy for me to leave when services were no longer needed 10 out of 10 recommend
