Don't miss their new location (close by)! Susie and her team are the best of the best. They are incredibly patient, helpful, resourceful, and do whatever they can to make it a great experience. Susie went above and beyond helping me when Apple wouldn't, not to mention how patient she was as well. I couldn't recommend them more and know that you will be in good hands!

My recent experience at your store was highly disappointing due to a lack of knowledgeable staff and poor customer service. The associates seemed unwilling to provide assistance and frequently redirected me to customer service instead of addressing my concerns. I felt rushed and as though my issues were not taken seriously.
One particular employee stood out for being especially disengaged and unprofessional. While I want to be clear that his appearance is not the issue, I am referencing him to ensure clarity: he was a heavier-set Hispanic male. His behavior seemed more focused on personal gain than on providing quality service, which reflected poorly on the overall experience and demonstrated a need for further training and performance review.
I do not recommend anyone visit this specific branch and suggest going elsewhere, as you will not receive the help you need and will end up wasting your time.

Due to ordering a phone from Best Buy rather than AT&T I have had multiple problems resulting in many visits to store as I could not get help from AT&T directly.
I have been lucky to deal with Susie at this location and she was able to solve my problem every time.
She is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Just wanted to see about getting cracked phone screen replaced via insurance. The newer nice guy seemed to not know what to do or say and kept deferring to the other guy who was too into scrolling on his phone to hear multiple times. When he did respond we got 3 or 4 word responses mumbled at us while he sat in his chair annoyed by my being there. I'm going to bring him a potted plant so he can replace the oxygen he's wasting.

I went into the store to get a new charger for my phone. I would have purchased at my own phone carrier’s store, but they said the wait would be about 1.5-2 hours just to get a charger. The young man who was working asked if my other charger broke and I explained that none of my chargers were working on this phone. He looked at it real quick and recommended maybe
trying out a wireless charger. It was a perfect fix for my issue. My plan is up with T-Mobile in 2 months. I’m definitely going back to switch my 5 lines to AT&T at this store. I actually felt like I mattered as a customer. Thank you to the young man who was working (Irving I think?)! You have won my family’s business!

Horrible customer service! The employee that works on Sundays does not want to be there and he isn’t afraid to show it. We’ve seen him on more than one occasion and after the last interaction will not go back. Unwilling to help, had his head laying on the desk when we got there, opened the store late. Try finding employees that actually like their job because the ones that don’t, show it.
