Their customer service is improving but cost is so high. It looks clean and easy on the eyes there. The young woman inside was very helpful and polite even knowing that I was switching service providers.

Employee was helping us transfer our files to our new phones. We left our phones for what we thought would be an hour (I know-stupid decision), because it was taking so long. She was going to text our son's phone when finished. Heard nothing. Went back to get them about an hour later, but I was greeted with a sign on the door that she would be back 15 minutes before the store closed and left her number. Of course, we had no phones, so I couldn't call. Unbelievable...Got our phones back. She said she was working on her own for the day and needed a break. I totally get it, but a 2 hour break in a 7 hour shift? Terrible work ethic and no regard for customer service.

We changed phones and plans. Agent was efficient and we thought it was a good experience until we got the first bill. We were charged for things that were not mentioned like NextUp and insurance. I used online chat with agent to get them removed. They need to summarize all charges and provide something in writing.

Had to get a new phone yesterday and so glad I popped into the Pheasant Ridge location in Blaine. “ Reed” was an amazing salesperson. Answered all my questions and helped me find the exact items I needed. Saved some monthly money to top it all off. Great service: fast, convenient and friendly. Highly recommend! ??

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I got to the store at 10 to 6; they close at 7:00 p.m. There was just one agent there helping a couple. She greeted me, "Grab a seat. I'll be right with you." After 25 minutes, I finally stood up, "Should I keep waiting or will this take all night?" "It's going to take all night. Come back tomorrow at 10:00 a.m."No, "I'm sorry, Sir!" much less "I'm sorry for your long wait, Sir!" NOTHING! Not even in her tone! What crummy non-service!

Had the worst customer service experience ever in this store! I arrived 10 minutes to 6: p.m.; they close at 7:00 p.m.. There was just one agent there dealing with a couple. She warmly greeted me, "Take a seat and I'll be right with you!" 25 minutes later the agent had not said "Boo!" to me. She made no effort to multi-task even though there was lots of idle time in their transaction. I finally stood up and asked, "Should I keep waiting, or will this [I pointed to the 3 of them] take all night?" The agent responded,"This will take all night! Come back tomorrow at 10:00." No apology for wasting my time! No apology for ignoring me for almost 1/2 hour. NOTHING! Not even in tone! Pathetic!

AT&T in Blaine MN :It's disappointing that I couldn't maintain my current plan and still upgrade my phone. It's "too old" it's a poor reason. I had to upgrade and now pay more.Also I upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro max and was told I could not take one home the same day and instead had to have it shipped to me, but if I was a "new" customer then I could've left with the new phone yesterday and that's terrible service. Why does a new customer get much better service than an existing one? If the phone is in the store, which the rep said it was, I should’ve been allowed to leave with it same day. I also feel I should've have been treated as a new customer since I was forced to upgrade my plan.Overall, AT&T is kind of the worst and I used to think the company had stellar customer service, basically the sun of my visit was no I can’t do that, no I can’t do that, no no no. Like, why CAN AT&T do besides charge fees and force me into an upgraded plan for no valid reason? Anything positive?

The sign in the store said I could upgrade to the Galaxy S22 with 256GB for free, if I trade in my Galaxy S10e.However, the clerk said the sign was wrong and it would be free if I only get 128GB.

Superb customer service with efficiency and a smile! Wow. Kennedy, our Sales Associate, was truly amazing. She was the only employee on-site at the time and the store was busy with customers. She kept her composure and was attentive to everyone and prioritized their needs accordingly. Super impressive. She also did a great job of up selling accessories while explaining features and benefits. Kennedy single handedly made the experience top-notch!
