Running some errands l stopped by the AT&T location in Blaine MN. I had a minor hiccup with removing some contacts which as simple as it seems my phone for some reason wasn't performing.lm not tech savvy l thought ld go to the pros and since I'm a AT&T customer this would be a simple fix for folks trained to deal with minor to major issues. Boy could this be further from the truth.Upon entering the store me and the employee seen here were the only ones there. No greeting in fact he never looked up until I was asked to leave. I stated my issue he replied we only sell phones, accessories, and data. You need work or service done call the 1 800 number there over the phone tech can assist you.Still his head face planted in his phone. I asked your not going to assist me? NOPE. I do sales only his quote " lm the number one sales person in the five states area". I asked his name he said hey you with a smirk on his face. Then proceeded to ask are you going to buy anything l said no then you're going to have to leave still looking down pointed towards the door.As l.was leaving l set the phone to photo turned and said hey you now he looked up again and this is the photo you see attached here. I left went to another AT&T location and in less than five minutes issue was resolved. I was shown what happened so it won't happen in the future.I told him what happened at the other location and he apologized for my bad experience and said that is not right we value you as a customer. Went on to say if you have any further issues don't hesitate to come back we will take care of you have a great day.I read on here how others are treated and the same comments of being treated poorly and disrespectful. Deer in the headlights bad attitude don't care just commission on the brain. The owner to manager comments on compliments and doesn't address the basic human interaction not going on here. It appears if you brown nose and pat them on the back then they perk up and reply. The Champlin location went under l wonder if for bad service which lead to poor sales? I thought when you make a purchase at a business they stand behind there products and have trained staff to assist instead of high pressure sales tactics and finger pointing towards the exit door. The other location l went to proved that false. In today's world of service this is becoming the norm lm afraid with no consequences. Arrogance as if you can't survive without me the employee. Over paid and demanding more. And since most of these folks live at home with zero responsibilities the threat of a job doesn't scare them in the least. They will act disrespectful and dare the employer to get rid of them. They will pop up elsewhere with the same ego and disrespect a viscous cycle that we as customers get the brunt end of. Employer's are desperate and are tickled pink if they can even get out of bed and make it to work let alone be on time. Then the attitude starts.

I enter the store to switch back to AT&T. The person representing the manager on 10/17/23 was totally nasty for no reason. He yelled at the salesperson helping me because he did not know how to correct problems we were encountering. I was polite, yet he ordered me to never return to his store. I said he must be having a bad day and he said I was the problem. I left with no service. I went to another store the next day and they got service working. I have tried for several days to find a complaint department and there was very little recourse.

Where in the world do they get the help from. Just give would give you deer in the headlight look if you ask them a question. But your service tops t mobile up the road. They are just down right rude and talk down to you. Why do these phone stores even stay open when they don't know what they ate talking about.

If you go to this location, ask for Ben. Very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. I’m very happy with our service and my new phone.

Nothing wrong about this store or location, nor the coverage away from cities and from major roads. It’s how they handle a cancellation of service. They don’t prorate for the balance of the billing period. I autopaid for 3 weeks of my cancelled service that went over to T-Mobile as they offered more for less, including the upgrading of my iPhone. Think they could have matched or even tried a little to keep me, but they did say my $102 per month on a legacy plan could be upgraded to one of their current plans for only $150. Note: went with half that at T-Mobile.

The best customer relations and service I have experienced in all the AT&T I have been to,Matt the store manager who helped me while I was there was just above and beyond helpful and patient, even though we were heaving technical issues beyond his control and it was about closing time he took the time to get it done for me and with the best attitude..He demn near restored my faith in humanity that evening?.Thanks Matt!
