My transmission went out on my vehicle, I needed a rental for an unlimited time.I had no problem getting a vehicle. It was pretty new and immaculate. It took three weeks for my vehicle, all I had to do is reup my contract weekly.I do recommend this company, everybody was top notch and very welcoming.I give ten out of ten.

I needed to rent a vehicle for a week to travel. The person that I picked the car up from, I believe her name was Natlynn, was very polite and friendly. The vehicle was a Jeep Compass, which is not one that I prefer, but it was very nice, clean and drove well.I have rented vehicles from Avis many times over the years, but this was my first time using this location. I would recommend that people go there. I did not get the name of the person that took the vehicle when I returned it, but he was also very friendly and polite.Overall, everything went smoothly, the people who work there were great to work with, and the vehicle met all of my expectations.

Stuck in Montana with one of their cars…..Tire place states, that the nail has been in tire for a WHILE obvious wear and tear from it being there a LONG time. Lady at Avis states she didn’t write it on the sheet, so there for it’s my responsibility……I get it, just not very helpful, when you are a women stuck with 2 kids in an unfamiliar place, I guess I just wanted someone to seem like they cared… not at Avis that’s for sure!!!!

Reserved a 12 passenger van 5 months in advance only for them to not have it available the day we needed it to go on a family vacation. No other vehicles were available either. This was a horrible experience for a first time vehicle renter! Would give 0 stars if I had the option.

Horrible service. Was lied to over phone when making reservation two months in advance to rent a 12 passenger van. When I arrived it couldn't be rented and now this affects a major event. Very disappointed and will stick with Enterprise only in the future. Avis rental you have no idea just how big of a screw up this was!!!!!

Avis does not perform basic maintenance on their vehicles or pay for maintenance at their recommended location. I’m talking about the brakes, the most basic and most important kind of maintenance. Stay away and learn the hard lesson I did. They got me, but you can prevent them from getting you. To be clear, this was the Hiawatha location, but being the brakes went out near this location, this is where the complaint was handled. The regional manager of this Minneapolis area was very unprofessional and would not even let me talk. Stay clear. What you pay for is what you shall receive.

Rented for a week and was told the contracted price was $79 per day. They mentioned no price increase if you decided to spend MORE money with them and rent a car for another week or two.After 3 weeks total of having the car and going to bring it back the lady warned us that after the first "contract" week, the price goes to 129 a day.If you were having a customer rent for longer you would think theyd get a didcount. So we got an extra almost $40 charge A DAY because the "price goes up when you renew it for a week after the contract endess" scummy business. Honestly stay awayThis place robs you. So many better rental places but unfortunately they have good client relationship and decent prices so theyre all sold out.No wonder why avis had cars available when we called 10 different spots and couldnt find one with an availability

Windows were so dirty i couldn't see out of them had to clean vehicle same day i got it. Was charged almost 80 bucks for gas staying i only had 3/8 of a tank n I started off with 7/8 and I know I had 5/8 of a tank very disappointed this time !

My family rented a car from this Enterprise location. The car was fine and the customer service was good.. Everything seemed to go good at first...However after we dropped the car off, because of covid, the workers refused to go and inspect the car with us to sigh off. They said they're going touch-less and therefore they will inspect the car 10 minutes after we leave, after they disinfect it.. Fine! The next morning we get a call saying there was a dent in the car and that the car will go into shop.. when we pulled up the store to figure out the incident, we saw ANOTHER FAMILY getting in that same car we rented and getting ready to leave.. We talked to the representative and he was polite about it.. before the family drove off he was able to point out the dent as they were pulling away but nether me or my dad could see what he was referring to.. So he invited us inside the store and showed us a picture of the dent that he was referring to... my dad then pointed out to me that the picture had two dates by it - the day we picked up the car and the day we dropped it off. Also the picture looked bright and sunny. And we dropped off the car in the afternoon and it was gloomy.. the guy we spoke to said he took a picture 10 minutes after we dropped it off.. We left the car parked outside in an open and shared parking lot.. I told the guy that I don't see convincing evidence saying we put those dents there. Or that they even exist and thus I said we would not be accepting responsibility for said dents. The representative was polite and said he understands and that he will contact his risk manager that overlooks cases like that and explain the situation to him and make sure that we do not get charged. So the issue got resolved. However we are concerned that maybe they will try to get money from the family that rented the car after us? I understand that covid is causing a lot of problems for everyone. But I am writing this review to warn people to be cautious and double check their vehicles for any hidden and hard to notice dents before they rent a car from this company. This whole situation seems sketchy to us. But they were polite about it and hopefully they won't charge us for this mysterious dent that we never even seen other than in a picture that could very easily be photoshopped. Or manipulated.. those "dents" could be shadows.. I don't know. Rant over. Make what you want of this story.. They're fine. Just be cautious.

Worked with Natilynn. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I had an issue with my vehicle, and ended up swapping it out at my destination location, but I was in contact with Natilynn before, during and after, and she was great to work with. She made my not so desirable situation much better. I can't say enough about her, and her great attitude and her professionalism. She made all the difference in my rental experience. I will be going back to rent from her in the future.

Doooo not rent from this location!!!They do not tell you what you will all be charged for!!!! And when they are caught in a lie they refuse to do anything about it!!!
