Yesterday I went to just see if CarHop could work with my low credit and little money down in the near future. I knew this was was common but not a lot of places or people are willing with work with this. Not only did I walk out with a car yesterday, but everyone there provided excellent customer service. I worked with both Talia and Morgana. They were both so nice and patient with all my questions (there was a lot). You can tell they really care about helping people get a car they can afford. Everything about my experience yesterday was great. I am very happy I went to CarHop and left with a vehicle I never thought I would be able to drive.

Morgana at the Blaine location is AMAZING. She got me approved and driving and got through all the obstacles. Amy Campbell the underwriting with Carhop also did a wonderful with helping us get into the car we needed! Thank you guys so much

I just wanted to say that Morgana, is TOP NOTCH at the CARHOP in Blaine location. She makes sure it's clean and NICE car but it's clean. She feels like it's her job to make everyone happy.Keep up the great work you're the best!!!!!!!?

Rude - the worst - telemarketers and dumb enough to be rude and not hide the company phone numbers. Whoever called me today should be fired. When I asked why they were calling she said i was rude and called me a b*tch. They should really check themselves. Bad culture.
