Live unloads, go in right when you get there. Even if it's 1am. They work 24 hours and you can get unloaded faster during the night then at 9qm

They do not play well with others. They block fuel pumps by not pulling ahead once finished fueling. Even while other trucks are waiting to fuel. A good example would be the driver in power unit #04 while at Kwik Trip in Mauston, WI on 3/13 about 1430.

Drivers were good and scheduling was always done but if you need an eta or anything of the sort your out of luck. Dispatch told me i didnt have anything coming although i got a call the day before telling me it was on its way. Sure enough showed up later in the day.

By the appointment. Nice staff . No overnighting parking. They tell you at 6pm and just be there at 5:55 pm.

Shipment was destroyed. Missing aspects. Damage was concealed and pallet was delivered with no required signature. 120 day claims process. Good luck to me.
