Not great. Moved over from US Bank to do both personal and business. From the start it has been rocky.. from the initial transfer to not being able to log in... Just seems like there are some kinks that need to be worked through. I'll stick around until February to see if things get better otherwise I'll head back to my old bank

Came in to open an account. Was greeted and told 10-15 min wait. After 15 mins I was told it'll be another 10-15 mins. After almost 30 minutes I was asked to make an appointment online and was told I could leave. If a new client is treated that way, I cannot imagine the process to handle difficult transactions.Would not recommend this branch.

Not a single customer, and they said they're too busy to open a new account. They said it takes about an hour and we have to schedule an appointment.

Rose helped us complete a transaction this morning. She put us at ease with her clear communication skills and calm demeanor. We were welcomed right when we entered the building. It was quiet, clean and organized. We appreciated her ability to walk us step by step through our transaction and answered all of our questions. Thanks again, Rose!

The banker said that I was mentally unstable and refused to open a bank account. He was rude and I just walked out the door. He think he a doctor and not a banker. I was feeling great but he was trying to control me. By insulting me with his comment. He not a medical doctor he the one that mentally unstable he think he a doctor. But he works in a bank

Staff here are clueless and rude beyond belief. Skip this branch and go elsewhere if you bank here. Horrible experience with a simple thing I needed done.

My friend and I just came here, he just returned from the military recently and is still getting many of his things in order. He gets paid through a business that Banks through Chase, although my friend has yet to start an account here due to still getting things in order. Chase worked with us and allowed us to cash the check here anyways! They were super friendly and simple to work with even after Walmart denied us repeatedly. Thank you so much Chase Bank! About 5 minutes ago you guys made sure a veteran stayed in his home. You guys are the best people on planet Earth and should be given immediate raises and promotions. My friend is very important to me and I'm grateful that he is not homeless. And it is because of you amazing people that he will not be homeless tonight. Thank you for being the best people in the world, you are the best. ?

I worked with Elizabeth Olson the business banker at the Blaine store. She was extremely knowledgeable about the app, and very helpful completing my business account setup. She was helping me start a business credit card and we kept hitting problems and it was very clear she was in my corner fighting for me.I am a very small account and she still took extra time to make sure everything was correct for me, despite me being frustrated when I first showed up. I was extremely impressed with her.

Around 11:30am today I had the absolute worst banking experience of my life. I needed the bank to provide me with a letterhead stating my account balances, signed by the bank for a real estate transaction.In the 10-15 minutes I was in the establishment I was treated very rudely by a banker, a teller, and then the manager Brian.not only was the bank unwilling to give me the simple document I requested, they also advised me if I wanted to close the account they could only provide me with a cashiers check.The teller I spoke to interrupted me three times when speaking, finally when I told her to stop interrupting me while I spoke, she told me I was being rude and got someone else.Not once during my visit was I asked for my name, or treated with any amount of respect. The manager spoke to me as though I had interrupted his lunch or something of that sort. I'm still in shock that this is the way they treat customers, especially upset customers. They couldn't get me out the door fast enough.

I lost my debit so had to withdraw cash until my new debit gets here. I walk in (in normal business casual clothes) and the lady greeting thr door looks me up and down and says "How can we help you today?" in a very snotty tone. I tell her I lost my debit card, so I need cash on hand. And she asks me very loudly in a open space "well how much do you need to take out?" In front of other customers and employees. Never experienced this before at any other Chase bank. Honestly what if I said $1000 and someone heard? I am an actual target walking out the door. Her whole demeanor was bad vibes. My teller was fine. They tried to help me within their means but still left overall disappointed. Worth driving to Maple Grove where I got excellent service.
