I am so disappointed by this bank every time I turn around they do it again. Poor online banking, constant fraud alerts and a staff that are unseen. If it wasn't for the lovely woman at the front counter, nothing would get done. Some "men" is suits sitting around on their phones. I'll take my money elsewhere and that in itself is another time wasting moment in my life.

As far as banking goes, if you need your money or services theyre unhelpful an would not reccomend them sorry not sorry , 2021 is time for ease an simplicity , 47mins on hold on a 24hr service , an still was not helped i will be switching banks

Worst bank ever. Online banking is the worst. My card get's fraud at least 3x a year. As far as managers or whoever is in charge is not evident. The only saving grace of this bank is the lovely woman whom is very helpful and she answers the phone. She needs a a raise.

The people who work at CorTrust and very understanding and kind people. They have been very helpful in the past! It's hard to find a bank with quality people like this!
