the facility is dirty and overly crowded, this location has Horrible management! communication is garbage and upper management is very rude. Tried cancelling, was told at the desk someone would contact me. Called 3 times and took over 2 weeks to hear back from someone during that time frame I was charged $90. and the only reason I finally reached a manager was bc I called and the manager happened to answer!
He refused to give me upper management contact information and ended up hanging up on me. No refund for fees and all I received was attitude.

A good few steps above Planet Fitness at a competitive price. I love that there’s a sauna and pool. Staff are friendly and approachable.
My biggest complaint is how LOUD the music can get sometimes. I often cant hear my own music above theirs if I’m wearing earbuds. I ended up buying noice-canceling headphones specifically because of this, and sometimes it’s not enough.
Overall though, I’m very happy with my membership!

My overall experience at crunch has been great! I joined the gym after 6 years of not going and everytime I walk in the door I am welcomed with a smile and when I leave they say goodbye.
Most importantly when I bring my kids with me I feel comfortable leaving them with Janet. She is always so welcoming and makes sure to ask if our kids have any special instructions and knows them by name and seems excited to see them. Having someone consistently in childcare that know my kids has been a huge relief for a mom of 3 looking to stay healthy.

I was a bit skeptical of finding a new place to workout after the sudden closure of my old gym, went in for my first day yesterday and loved the environment. Staff were friendly/attentive, the space was comfortable and I'm actually really excited about continuing my health journey here!

i have not been there but from the reviews and the pictures it sounds and looks wonderful, i hope when i go in there there is no people who judge, and i also had a question, do they have a open gym there, like for my daughter to practice?, or a racquet ball room where she can practice volleyball in?

I've been attending this gym for about 6 months now, and I absolutely love it. The environment, especially the morning crew, is kind, friendly, and incredibly motivating. I usually arrive at 6 am, and it's always great to walk into a fired-up atmosphere with people who are already crushing their workouts. Parking is pretty convenient, with plenty of spots available in the front, back, and sides of the building, so you don't have to stress about finding a place. If you're looking for a gym that offers a solid workout experience at an inexpensive membership price, I highly recommend this place.

The gym is nice, I initially chose this gym because I have young children that need to be in daycare and the price was good, with that being said. They have an elder lady baby sitting these children...the first day I went, she was absolutely rude and impatient with my children. Complained after 5 min. My son was targeted because he was the oldest kid there. She made me and my children feel so uncomfortable that I was debating if I should cancel my membership or not. We took a two month break. Yesterday we back for the first time, minus my son who she had an issue with, she didn't say a word to me, just a look of disgust. My girls then told me as we left that she kept telling them they cannot touch the toys there and that she was being unfairly mean to just the two of them. If you're gonna hire someone to take care of children make sure you hire someone with patience for ALL TYPES of children. She clearly has no patience.

Genuinely the best gym experience I've had (in 25 yrs of gym-hopping). Every time I walk in I feel seen and welcome. The energy is upbeat it feels like a community. My trainer (shout out Bianca) is encouraging, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The childcare staff are so trustworthy and positive. I feel great leaving my kids for my hour of selfcare. The yoga studio is thoughtfully planned with awesome ambiance. I sometimes use it for recovery stretching when there is no class. Crunch has every amenity I would ask for at a seriously unbeatable price. Being in one of the more stressful seasons of life, Crunch in Blaine has been an awesome respite. Thanks everybody!

I recently joined Crunch Fitness in Blaine, MN, and I have to say, it has been a fantastic experience so far. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, which is really important to me. There is a wide variety of machines, equipment, and classes for all.
A special shoutout to Andrew, one of the personal trainers, who has been incredibly kind and helpful toward my fitness goals. His dedication and personalized approach have made a huge difference in my progress, and I truly appreciate his support. If you are thinking of getting a trainer, I highly recommend Andrew.
One area for improvement would be the tanning beds and hydromassage area. They could benefit from more regular cleaning to maintain the high standards set by the rest of the facility. I often visit these areas and notice the floor is a mess.
Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to join Crunch Fitness in Blaine, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey here!

Come on Crunch, you can do better! Completely out of sanitizing wipes today! No way to wipe down the machine before or after use! One good thing... the pool and hot tub is working again. The hot tub had been down for at least 2 weeks prior.
