I received non stop texts from CVS. I went in to pick up a prescription after getting text after text that it was ready. The tech said they didn’t have a prescription for me to pick up. I asked him to recheck and he said it was ready but in Shoreview. I have never used the Shoreview location and had my prescriptions on auto-refill at Blaine. He checked a 3rd time and yes, my prescriptions were there. They ask your last name & DOB when pulling up your medications, so scary that this confusion occurred.
I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and was notified they could not transfer them because CVS never responded to their request. I contacted my doctor and had the prescriptions sent directly to the new pharmacy so I could refill.
Scary that they are handling peoples private information and controlled medications.

I was hung up on just now for no reason at all other than asking for clarification. Wow.

Avoid this pharmacy. I’ve never had a positive interaction with any of the staff here and it’s honestly ridiculous. They’re consistently rude and verbally aggressive to their customers for no apparent reason.

Picked up a prescription today. The drive thru line was long so I went inside and found the line long as well. While waiting in line a female worker in the pharmacy WENT OFF verbally on a male coworker! You could hear her voice as clear as day throughout the CVS. The gentleman infront of me turned and said to me "how embarrassing and unprofessional". The disrespect for the other worker and all the customers waiting should not be tolerated. I get people get frazzled but the unprofessional conduct displayed loudly for all to witness is more than customers want to deal with. My wife won't go to this pharmacy and now I'm thinking it may be better to go to another one.

On 01/11/2025 at 11:50 AM John the customer representative who operated the frontend register caused me to feel emotionally distressed, John forced me to do business with a machine that I do not understand, after I waited in line to be served by him he took my item, walked over to the self-checkout, and scanned my item for me instead of serving me himself at the behind the counter, I felt confused, sad, and angry so I did not continue to do business with CVS with John as the selected customer representative and reported him to corporate and law enforcement for support and able to receive a report confirmation number.

Zero Stars. Picked up my prescriptions no hello, no how's your day. Ver impersonal. After grabbing my prescriptions associate takes out her phone and appeared to possibly be taking pictures of the screen work my information on it and proceeded to rush me as I tried to read the prompts on rhe pin pad. Made me very anxious that she has her phone put and so close to my personal information DOB, Address, phone number etc. Very concerned about the situation. Spoke to another teamember who stated there was a No manager to talk to
So I had to verbalize my complaint to her instead of someone in charge. Hoping the situation is handled before it happens to someone else.

Left CVS at 5:30pm today after bringing my siblings to take their passport photos and the older lady who took their photos was being particularly rude and inconsiderate. She laughed at my brother's medical condition, and it seems like she has the mental proclivity of a rock. Why are we letting people with the mentality of middle school bullies work as customer service representatives? The behavior I have seen today is absolutely astounding and shows the lack of professionalism that this woman has. 0/10, if you have a visible medical condition, only go here if you want self esteem issues and to have a terrible day.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This pharmacy has gone downhill fast. Worst customer service I have experienced the last few times I’ve tried to pick up a prescription. Employees are complaining about being overworked, working through lunches, and are rude. It took me four times once to get 1 prescription. First time they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Had a sign that said closed due to staffing issues. Next try their computers went down, third time I sat in line for 30 minutes without it even moving so I left. I have wasted HOURS at this place! Then today I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when I finally got to the window, the person asked my name, I told her and then she proceeded to walk away and help someone in the store for the next 10 minutes! No explanation or anything! Worst service EVER! I will definitely not be using this pharmacy ever again.

The WORST customer service ever. Gone the past 3 days and waited 30-40 minutes each day until today and had a terrible experience with an older lady. Leaving this pharmacy for another. Unbelievable

10/29. 7:20ish. did the hours change or something? Showed up 40mins before supposed close and the place was locked up and the employee was driving away.
