I would rate zero stars if I could. Staffing has been terrible lately and tonight was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. I also work in healthcare so I understand short staffing. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru to pick up prescriptions I had prepaid for. I then proceeded to go inside as the line outside had barely moved. I waited behind yet another 4 customers for another 20 minutes. There was 1 tech working as fast as he could and a pharmacist that refused to stop filling prescriptions to either help with the drive thru or customers inside. The tech essentially asked the pharmacist at 5 minutes to closing for help and the pharmacist simply said, “those waiting will have to come back tomorrow.” I asked the tech when it was my turn if there was a manager or higher I could contact to escalate this issue and help advocate for more help. He stated, “it’s a waste of time, no one cares.” I sincerely felt bad for him, because we know he had to deal with the brunt of customer frustration and anger. All of my prescriptions stated promised by Sept 1, 2, or 3rd. They were not available/filled until 9:30am today on September 5th. One of my prescriptions is time sensitive (birth control) and insurance will not allow monthly birth control to be filled any earlier. I am now 3 days late for my birth control for the month. Do better CVS.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely easy transferring and filling Rx. Pharmacist informed me of a potential side effect I wasn’t aware of after taking Rx for years. Thanks.

Just went in for a COVID test. The signs tell you to park by the drive up clinic, which isn’t open, and wait in your car. After 10 minutes of sitting thereI went inside to talk to someone and it was very difficult to find anyone to talk to. If the signs aren’t relevant on the weekends out then away.

Waited over hour for covid test, I arrives early to my appointment, they called people who had appointments after mine. Will never go here again

Too much waiting time. Be prepared to wait at least 20 mins to pickup the prescription.

After checking online and seeing that it says no appointment necessary and testing done from car a I went there because I was having symptoms only to be told you do need an appointment . The nurse was not very nice about it either until another nurse came by and said other people were saying the same thing as I was. I left with no test as other people skipped in to get their test.

Terrible service ...have been waiting to hear back from them when my sons prescription is going to be ready and they never called back ...I have been using them for the last 5 yrs trying. To give them the benefit of the doubt and still always out of what my son is prescribed

Do not order photos from here the quality is awful. High quality pictures turn out blurry. You are way better off to order from Walgreens & there coupon code is way better.

We switched to this CVS from another well known chain pharmacy near our home. I'm happy we switched as most of the staff (especially Leah and Dan) know us well. At the other pharmacy, the staff couldn't pick us out of a lineup (and vice versa) even though we were there frequently. The rewards program isn't worth a hill of beans, but the pharmacy is good.
