I just picked up 2012 Impala that Done Right Auto Detail just finish, it had light gray carpet at it looks amazing. He cleaned the tires and the inside door frames and the car looks brand new. Doug was awesome! My car got stolen and I brought it to Done Right Auto hoping they could make the smell, glass, and memories of this violating experience go away. My hopes were exceeded and more. The smell is gone and my car looks amazing. All the glass is gone, even the black marks on the ceiling inside were gone. I definitely recommend you take your car here!Services: Steam cleaning

A neighbor of mine raved about Done Right so I knew where exactly to go when we purchased a used 2010 Camry for our Daughter's 16th birthday. The inside was clearly not cleaned in a long time and I was amazed at Done Right's attention to detail. They were able to get years of spilled coffee and pop out of the cup holders and stains out of the fabric seats. I was even more impressed that the cleaning smell was very minimal. I would recommend them to anyone I know in the future!Services: Steam cleaning

Grreat job an quick turnover. Called at 8:00 dropped off at 9:00 an pickup at 2:00. First time an auto detailer didn't soak carpet an seats shampooing. Could sit in it right away. Even got tire marks off ceiling from a bike.

For $300 I would expect them to do a lot better. I can wipe dust/dirt off with my hand AFTER they got done detailing my truck. The touchscreen was covered in fingerprints so you can tell they didn't even wipe it down. I paid for a full interior and exterior detail and they barely did anything. I will not be going back.

Bring your car here if you want mediocre service. They basically just wipe everything down that they can see & don’t get into the smaller spaces like cup holders or center console. When I got my car back there were streaks all over my dash and screen inside my car. I specifically asked them to shampoo & vacuum the trunk/back of my SUV & when I picked up my car there was still salt marks, pieces of grass, & dirt all over the trunk & back of vehicle. It looks like they didn’t even touch it. My boyfriend also brought his car here on the same day & got the full interior & exterior “detailed”. Speedway car wash gives the same effect that this place did. Complete waste of money do not go here!!!Service: Auto detailing

Done Right was awesome! I was able to get in same day (which was important for me this time) and even drove me to (and picked me up) Caribou Coffee to wait while my car was being detailed. The car looks beautiful, smells clean (they didn't cover the smell - they cleaned it!). Owner was polite and did a great job. I highly recommend them!Service: Auto detailing

These guys may just wreck your car. They pulled out with someone's car right in front of me going from the side lot into the main entrance/building! I braked so hard my ABS went off on a dry and warm day just to avoid hitting them!!!!! If I was going the speed limit, I would have hit them!! (I was still accelerating at the time) Absolutely unacceptable behavior and I will never take my car here.
