“I brought my 50 year old Kenwood KA-3500 in for left channel cutting out. Alex was very thorough in trying to find problem, even called me to get more info on when this was occurring. It only happened when using turn table; even after I replaced the cables. Alex thoroughly cleaned the amplifier, and then tested it for 24 hours with no problems. He suggested maybe checking out other components on turn table and I replaced cartridge; was 50 years old. After hooking up amplifier to my stereo components I played one of my 50 year old albums. The amplifier sounded so clear and crisp just like the day I purchased it long ago. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone who would like their older equipment sounding new again.
