Unfortunately, I fell down the rabbit hole when I shipped a 2-day express package with FedEx for $31.75. That same day, I tried to stop the package mid-journey, a process that required me to first open a personal FedEx account and provide a credit card number. After over 10 phone calls to FedEx's call centers overseas, and even after the manager of this location called FedEx himself (twice), my package was not stopped but was delivered anyway. The recipient then refused the package and, a week later, FedEx returned the package to me. I was amazed to see that FedEx then charged my credit card $42.59, without even informing me. So this is a cautionary tale. FedEx seems to work great, until you make an unusual request.

The new young guy is so condescending. He kept insisting me to use the dropbox which I couldn't use because of the billable stamp. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing and he provides the worst customer service. I don't normally write review but he makes me not want to use FedEx service.

I have been trying to submit a print order online for 2 weeks now. first week Fedex web page kept deleting my order when I tried to move past the upload. Now I can not select a store to print to. I tried to call customer service they passed me off to someone else who never solved my issue. I got an email address to send the order directly to the store, that email bounced back 3 days later and I repeated the email 3 times so I know I typed what was given to me correctly. I have even tried expanding my search radius to 100 miles and nothing will work, I have a store set in my default, I have removed the store, I have added it back ect. The store phone number brings me to a call center not the store. Now I have to find another place that will take my order and get it completed. I had been using the Blaine location and they had been great but this really ruined using Fedex Kinkos for me.Here is the error code I keep getting:The city or zip code you entered did not produce results. Printandgo is the best.No hassle with printer cartridges or old ink.Just email, wait for your code, pay pennies for your printed items. No dealing with printer manufacturers built in proprietary control. I love it!

Chris was extremely helpful at this location. He assisted me in unloading a defective lawnmower and snowblower, both very heavy packages. I called in advance both times and he professionally communicated the process and even checked which type of battery the equipment contained as to make sure that fed ex could ship the item, potentially saving me an extra trip. Thank you, Chris!

Dumb workers here they complain when customers drop packages off here why are you complaining? Are you paying me to use your service? NO!! I'm paying out of my own pockets get it through your tiny brains and just do your job!!
