Is it protocol for the teens working at close on a Thursday night at 8:30 pm to sit around in a huddle and stare and laugh as you walk in then continue their behavior? Be rude at checkout? How obnoxious and inappropriate. I have kids that age that would never be so blatantly impolite. I know from reading the reviews I am not the only one who gets their bad behavior! Never will I shop here again. Yes, I know you don’t care but continue having this personality from your worker’s more people will go elsewhere.

why does the manager question customers when a customer ask to speak to the district manager especially when it has to do with another store? I honestly feel like the manager at this location doesn't like me and I don't know why, I'm always nice to all the workers but yesterday I asked for a display box for my kid and the manager said no, I know five below let's people have them when they are empty but she said they use them to restock which is not true because if they get more small squishmallows in stock then they always come in another box, I've spent so much money at this store over the years and i know that five below just throws them away in the trash so don't see why I couldn't have 1 for my kid honestly but it's fine :)

I took my great-nieces to treat them to a gift they could pick out themselves. They have never been to Five Below! They had a fun time looking at all of the stuff that was offered. The young man that was working was very nice!

Was in the store ready to pay. 5 workers stood around the register chatting and laughing while I stood there waiting to be able to pay. I couldn’t even get to the register because they were huddled around it. No one acknowledged me while I waited. I finally just went to self check out.
