Sam is the best. He is the only person that has been able to get me some relief on a permanent shoulder issue I have. I tried acupuncture, physical therapy, deep tissue massages, chiro visits and nothing came close to the relief that Sam provided.

Sam knows his stuff about deep tissue work and alleviating nerve and muscle tightness pain. One session with him on my sciatic nerve has dramatically reduced pain and improved my range of motion. Strongly recommend him to anyone in search of a massage therapist or athletic specialist!

I’ve been working with Sam for a couple years and would definitely recommend him. I started seeing him for a shoulder issue, but he’s also helped with elbow, back and knee problems. My husband also had a shoulder issue that Sam fixed up fairly quickly so he could get back to golfing. If you’ve tried PT and chiropractic with no success, go see Sam!

Sam is THE BEST. If you’re dealing with any aches or pains, sports related or just life related, he is the person to see. If you’re on the fence and thinking you should try something else first, DONT! He’s the guy!

Can't say enough about Sam. He offers a unique experience like no other instructor I've worked with. He removes the stigmas attached to yoga and great provides great take aways to practice in every day life. I can't wait to work with Sam again!

Sam is a true expert in his unique field of soft tissue work. It's got to hurt if it's going to heal. As a runner my calves are constantly knotted. It requires some pretty deep tissue work and he is the best around for that.

Hurts so good! I suffered from a major tennis elbow, extending into my wrist. I rested it for more than 9 month before finally seeking treatment; I couldn’t work out much less lift everyday items without radiating pain. After about 4 treatments, I was back at the club lift weights. Sam identified the issue, which didn’t start in the wrist, but extended into into my back and shoulder. Not only did he provide therapy but also worked with me on proper grip strength to ensure continued healing. The therapy is no walk in the park, but it works! If you suffer from a sports injury or an injury from repetitive motion, this conservative therapy should be your first stop!

Sam is fun and easy to be around and amazing at what he does !! I own a cleaning business and clean 40 hours a week and Sam has really helped with my low back pain!!
