Buyer beware!!! Do NOT have any form of installation done by HOME DEPOT!!!! They sub contract out TOTALLY UN EXPERIENCED - NOT QUALIFIED INSTALLERS!!! Everyone from measured- to sales to install they do not tell you what is NOT covered or done on an install- “sub flooring needed- oh that’s not included but defined needed, “don’t touch baseboards”, say WHAT etc! DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT!!! I could have done better myself!

Telling an 88 year old woman that it's her fault the salesperson ordered the wrong color carpet! They are not going to correct their mistake! Actually, yelled at and were rude to her when she notified them! Don't shop here!!!!!

I purchased a fridge from the Home Depot on Northtown Drive in Blaine, MN. The initial purchase process was great, thanks to Di in the appliances department. She was amazing and provided excellent customer service.
However, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing. After owning the fridge for just a year, it started falling apart. I reached out to the store, and the manager, Carrie, initially promised to help resolve the issue. She assured me that she would contact Frigidaire and get the problem taken care of.
For nearly two years, I followed up with Carrie monthly, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, after countless calls and broken promises, she eventually told me I was out of luck. This was after repeatedly assuring me that she would make it right.
Now I’m left with no choice but to purchase a new fridge, which is incredibly frustrating after being led to believe the issue would be addressed. While Di was fantastic, the customer service I received from management was extremely disappointing.
I expected better from Home Depot and hope others don't have to go through the same experience.

In store for 20 minutes, no one said hello or asked if assistance was needed, went through plumbing stuff, than tools and tool boxes nothing. Eventually see someone, that were good, they said they were not sure if they had what I was looking for, and said let's find someone who can answer. So he found someone else. I found something that might work. But at the same time if I wanted poor service I could have went to Walmart and ended up the same as I did, something bought that might or might not work for what I am trying to do, it's a home improvement store I should have been positive that I would be able to accomplish the job I was doing when I left the store, and I did not feel that way, I was going to try but it was a horrible experience, and it was not busy at the store so their was in my mind no reason for such poor service and they are more expensive than the other home improvement stores that are near by.

This review is in regards to the carpet installation at this location. We ordered the carpet on 7/10, had the install scheduled with Crew2 on 7/17. Crew2 came when they were scheduled, but during the process, they found out there was a flaw in our carpet. Only half a room out of the 5 rooms were installed. Home Depot did not fully thoroughly do their due diligence in inspecting the carpet at manufacture. Crew2 said they wouldn't install because it's a faulty carpet, which I appreciate their honesty. They mentioned they communicated with Home Depot, & Home Depot will contact me.
I waited the whole day 7/10 for a call, but no response from Home Depot. The following day 7/11, I had my husband call, they mentioned someone will follow up later on our case due to the manager not being there at the moment. My husband did mention Home Depot did give him a call, but he had missed it, but no voicemail was left. He tried giving them another call, and same response to, someone will contact him with more information. I called 7/12 and I still received the same response that the manager is not there and they don't know the status of our case. The customer service rep, said she'll try to find another manager to see if they can help us, and will reach back to us. No one called me back. I decided to go to Home Depot 7/13 to actually talk to someone in person. We finally were able to get an update on our carpet, that they had ordered it already 7/11. If they had ordered it on 7/11, why didn't we get that update at all!!!! The manager said it's now up to Crew2 to reach out to us to schedule the carpet install. Mentioned, we'll be priority and said they talked to Crew2 manager to make sure they know our situation.
We waited for Crew2 to call us but no response. I had to call Crew2 to schedule a date and it did not seem priority at all. We got scheduled 7/29 for carpet install. Communication could have been better from Crew2, but the installers were great!
I'm just disappointed on how our carpet install got delayed, because it delayed our moving date!

Was able to get in and out pretty quickly but finding employees was a difficult challenge and the ones you did find were too busy talking to one another to help you.

There should be a place where you can give zero stars that's what this store deserves.

Don’t buy a large piece of equipment and accept the offer to have it assembled because you will end up with stripped bolts and damaged equipment. Oh and parts not assembled.

Great place to shop for your tools and building materials. The sw blaine store has some of the most friendly staff in a store. They go the extra mile for you.
