Windows, Doors Install was and is a disaster. (Very long story short) I don’t want to spend once more minute on this company.Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Home Depot for these services.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. We came in to set up carpet installation for our whole house. No one came to talk to us we had to search down a rep. Once we sat with the rep he didn't know what do do and called a rude lady that kept making condescending comments the whole time. We decided to still do the large project. As we were finishing talking about measurements and all that the rep picks up the phone and helps a customer over the phone for like 5 minutes. We got up and walked out. Ended up spending over 6 thousand dollars at Lowe's where they treated us extremely well. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR LARGE PURCHASES.

Frank Hallin referred us to talk to Bill Harvey when we told him we were looking for a new patio door. Great experience so we ordered our door from them.

They tell you that fire rated doors are required between kitchen and attached garage. That is incorrect, state code R 302.5.1 says it’s NOT required. With proof of that state code they still are pushing back saying they won’t install the doors we want only telling us now after spending $2,000 that they don’t carry the cheaper steal skin honeycomb core door we wanted. Under protest we still have to do this because we don’t have a choice. After this no more Home Depot shopping for me!!!

Worst company ever! Spent over $5500 on a couple appliances, only to receive them all dented up. I called and was told they would send out new doors, but refused to provide confirmation for any of it. I don’t want to do business with a company that can not provide a confirmation that they will repair the damaged appliances that they delivered. Come get the junk you delivered!

5 stars for the ladies working in the paint department who have helped me with my paint colors.0-1 star for the rest of the store during various visits (including customer service reps on the floor who didn't know what they were doing and even gave me wrong information, a few computer inventory system and pricing problems, and a front end leader's incompetence). I will write a long explanation later. I will not be shopping at this location again, even though it is very convenient. I drove much further to a different Home Depot today and had a good experience there.

2 customers have been in the store for an hour, going from dept to dept looking for help.. we were in there trying to get lumber cut.. 1 associate says, she is on break and he walked around complaining.. another says.. anyone who can cut lumber is gone for the day.. another says she went in BREAK AN HOUR AGO.. WHO GOES ON BREAK FOR AN HOUR?? I WANT YOUR JOB. My husband asked for a manager, nobody at the front registers could help him.. all 4 of them were standing at the registers with their arms closed as we left our stuff behind and walked out..

I bought an entire kitchen's worth of appliances during the Black Friday sale. I purchased an over the range microwave, and told Gary that it would be replacing an existing hardwired vent hood. Gary neglected to tell me that the microwave would require an outlet on its own circuit, and an HVAC person to hook it up to the existing vent. A $200 microwave just became a $1,700 microwave. What kills me is that Gary the associate should have told me this while I was standing there in the store. This could have all been avoided. Now I'm stuck with a microwave I can't install or return. Thanks a lot, Home Depot.

They installed windows and all the screens have cracks in the corners. If there was screen behind it , I wouldn’t complain but bugs are coming in. Plus they did a crappy job wrapping and caulking around the windows! They can out to replace the screw and they were exactly the same! They refuse to give us our money back stating it’s a vendor defect! Regardless they are responsible and refuse to do anything but caulk the corners.

I will give it a one star simply because they offer to pick your order and have it ready when you arrive...in a perfect world. Placed order before noon because I have time constraints. Got here at 6:30...oh we are shorthandeded, it hasn't been picked yet. Maybe I can find somebody to pick it. This is a service you offer. You took my money when I ordered it. Now we play the waiting game. Come on management staff your stores appropriately. Doesn't this company make enough money to hire enough staff?

They could have appliances that don't take 10 days to deliver. Best Buy probably thanks you though. Same washer, same price delivered the 17th, not the 26th. I know it was only $600.00, but Home depot lost that $600.00 to Best Buy.

Great customer service at this location. Are always willing to try to help out in most scenarios, even when the policy doesn't cover something.

My son died. We need to get out of our home. Memories here hurt every day. We got a realtor on board to help us get out of here ASAP. I went to this Home Depot to order carpet, and they promised a rapid turnaround on installation. I told them about my son because I thought this would assure their support which I desperately needed. I wish I had never opened up my broken heart to them because a week later Karen, the assistant manager, reneged to honor their agreement of a speedy carpet install. She looked me in the eye, as I was crying and begging her to please back their promise and absolutely refused. This is inhumanity at its absolute cruelest. We had painters, and electricians and other workers all scheduled around this carpet install, and after losing a week based on Home Depots initial commitment, (I have this in writing), we have lost the ability to list our home at the time we scheduled. I feel utterly hopeless now. Home Depot is responsible.

Very frustrating experience with this store. We have ordered windows that were too big based upon how we were instructed to measure from the sales associate in the window department. The installer that was "recommended" failed to show up to give an estimate, did not arrive on the day of installation and was later let go.

Customer service is friendly and helpful enough when you actually find them, but majority of the time, you can't find anyone to help you. If you do find someone, they're already helping someone else and you have to wait a while before that transaction is complete before being helped.
