The staff was really nice
They have a lot of options for clothes pants and accessories

Standard hot topic. Not enough (any) plus size options in store. The cashier was wonderfully sweet and funny, cracking jokes and very presonable. It was just her though so the linpersonable.

Some aisles feel ripped right out of the 2000s. I don't know if that makes me like the store more or less. It's definitely a neat place with some decent options and ok prices though.

My wife and I were in the store during the recent gang shooting and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The store manager was on top of the situation and ensured everyone’s safety while the other employee helped to keep everyone safe and together while simultaneously keeping everyone calm and collected. Originally I was going to say I will be avoiding this location due to the unforeseen circumstances of the shooting, but I would again and again trust the store staff with my life. Kudos and props to them for their stellar handling of the situation and commitment to the safety of themselves and those around them.

This store never has the clip squishmallows or the squishville squishmallows and i heard when they do get them they never get many at all but i doubt they never get them at this location and dont know why hot topic doesn't get them on there website and if they do then they need to get plenty in stock so everyone who wants them can actually beable to get them, the prices are way too high as well but the prices i can deal with but none in stock is not ok and i know its none of the employees fault who works at this store its corporate who is supposed to be getting them in stock
