Scott is honest and kept his word. The trailer I bought worked out perfectly and was a really good value fir the money compared to other places. Scott was always friendly and answered the phone every time. Highly recommend.I had some issues with sone tires and he made things right immediately. Hard to find good honest people like him anymore. :)

I have done business with the owner Scott Kiefer for over 25 years and he has been a man of his word, cares about his customers and reputations. I noticed some negative reviews about JES and all of the negative reviews were with an employee who is no longer there. I give JES 5 stars because he has always done the right thing over the years that I have dealt with him.

Tom is dishonest. He tried to change the price of a lot of trucks in our invoice despite having a different price in his e-mail. Perhaps he sold the trucks to someone else and didn't know what to do - no clue. When we called him he got pissy and hung up on us. Nice guy. You reap what you sow. You lost a customer and will receive proper reviews on all the review websites. We're done with you, Tommy boy....

I have a baby on the way and want to come off of the road, so I listed my truck and trailer on ebay at a very fair price and Tom from JES Sales Co. contacted me with an offer. At 1st, I had to decline because the deal would have left me with empty pockets, but I understood that as a dealer, the numbers had to work for him. So, Tom offers me a 2005 KW T800 for a fair price which would have made the deal work for both of us. So Tom gives me the number for his finance guy at Falcon Leasing, they run my credit, I provide all of my personal information and get approved for the loan, I apply and get approved for a local contract that would get me home every night, I get the insurance set up and book a load to IL so I can bounce up o MN and less than a week before getting up there, Tom backs out! First he tells me he'll hold the truck for me and if I didn't like it, he would find me another one, then he asks me if I'm serious about getting the truck or on the fence and I told him I was in, then he tells me he has other buyers interested, then he backs out because the deal "drug out too long," his words! From the time he initially contacted me on ebay to the time I booked the load to get to him to do the deal was less than 2 weeks and I DARE TOM to challenge anything I'm saying in my review because I save all of my text messages! I am an honest guy and a straight shooter and this guy Tom is a shady double talker! Am I furious? Absolutely! I have owned several trucks and sometimes it takes awhile to pick them up, but I made it clear to him that the loan, the truck and this contract had to all come together to make the deal work and when everything came together, he backed out! I had to tell my family that I will not be home like a promised because I trusted Tom and he backed out! THIS, is why buyers stick to the bigger, national dealers. You choose the truck, get approved for financing, leave a deposit and the truck is waiting for you when you get there! THIS IS A WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS... DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!
