There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . “Grave was a lifesaver today helping me ship a very niche item—a specialty yoyo that needed a little TLC to package right. They were incredibly patient while I juggled messages from the buyer and tried to make sure everything was just so. I know I wasn’t the speediest customer, and honestly, I probably tested their saint-like patience. But they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. That kind of kindness and customer care deserves serious credit.

“So if my item needs packaging they will Charge me a decent amount but if they have to package it and it’s on them they put it in a plastic bag also printing shipping labels is $1.50 while the library charges $.10 for copy.”
