Dude Kailumn is so AMAZING!! He saved are lives. We had so many lines we needed to update due to technical issues and all. I was applying for my ACP and he talked us through it all then some. Keep up the great work!!

Horrible Customer Service, Tried to for me to pay for insurance for the Switch over Deal. And tried to Charge me Connection fee even though the promotion sale stats Connection fee "waved". Greedy Metro Dealer at this Location. Go to North Town Mall Metro by T-Mobile instead.

Been a loyal customer for probably about 5 years now. Grandfathered in with 5 lines unlimited everything for $100/month!!!! Nobody can touch that price. We buy new phones every 2 or 3 years. Just got the newest 5g phones for under $300 with a case & screen protector. 128 g of storage. Nobody can touch those prices. The reception is always amazing wherever I go. I will be a customer for life. This particular location is under new ownership now. They are very nice & helpful. Much better than the previous owners.
