Went in today with my daughter for a camp physical. Appt was at 8:30 a.m. clinic opens at 8. We got there early, checked into their kiosk and waited 40 minutes. Nobody came out. I could hear someone working in the back. One patient came out after a while but when I check the doors, they still had a sign that said 'patient in room' on both doors that were in the back. B.S. We had to leave so my daughter could get to school. If you are already way behind schedule half an hour after you open, maybe you need to shut down your clinic. I'll never go here again.

So fustrating! Drove 40 minutes to the Blaine minute clinic for an appointment I pre-booked to find out the power was out and doors were locked. I was not notified by anyone. In fact, appointment even let me check in from outside the doors. Ran to nearest minute clinic at target and made it there 10 minutes before they closed but they would not help me because they said they were closed already and didn’t know anything about the power outage… said it wasn’t their problem.

Absolute garbage. My 8 yr old went yesterday with her dad. They checked in, sat for 45 mins after their appt time and then were told they would not be seen because “they hadn’t shown up”. They had literally been sitting there after checking in! , and yes they checked to make sure she was checked in properly. She ended up having to go to a real urgent care where she waited for 2 hours. I later got a text and and email 3 hours after her appointment time saying they had canceled our appointment. Useless and disappointing

They immediately charged my credit card and didn't submit bill to insurance company. Then was over charged. Big hassle.

The kiosk was broken and I wasn’t able to check in and read some bad reviews on here while waiting, which only turned out to be a few minutes. The doctor and the student working with her were wonderful and very kind.

Long wait times, even if you’re early. The nurse practitioner was very friendly though. It would be helpful to have a screen tracker in the waiting room.

Don’t go here. I have a sinus infection/ear infection that is very painful. I looked online and saw they had an opening at 3pm today. There are no one minute clinics with opening in my area so I rushed all the way to Blaine from Saint Paul. I get there and am told I don’t have an appointment. I show the confirmation. I still am told I’m not in the system. I BEG the dr to see me as I’m in horrible pain. The dr refuses to see me because she’s apparently booked, which I found odd being there was no one in her office and no one in the waiting room. I get a “sorry but here’s a phone number you can call.” and I leave. This person doesn’t care about the well being of others clearly, only about what benefits her schedule.

Despite many bad reviews on here, my experience was excellent! Jacqueline L NP listened to my symptoms and recent history of events, took a look in my ear and easily diagnosed ear infection and prescribed appropriate antibiotics. Scheduled sale day appointment and was seen right on scheduled time. Truly was a minute, in and out, with great service. Thanks!

Kelly Roberto at the MinuteClinic was judgmental and unhelpful. I also question the validity of her being a doctor. Zero compassion and willingness to help.
