If you don’t want to monkey around with a self service kiosk and want an actual human being to help you, they charge $5.00 minimum. I have been to other Office Max stores, and they do not do this.

Entered the store and right away was confronted it by a female employee asking what I needed. I told her I'm looking for a rubber stamps. Specifically do it yourself rubber stamps. She did not do it as I expected which would have been to direct me off the top of her head where rubber stamps might be located. However she proceeded to look up rubber stamps on her phone and told me and no uncertain terms that they had no rubber stamps. Finding this very hard to believe I explained to her that I had purchased rubber stamp kits in the past and I didn't think she knew what she was doing. I then walked into the store and I'm about the Third aisle,just by chance there were shelves of rubber stamp stuff. She must have then told her boss or supervisor or whoever the other person was and he came over after I had already found the rubberr stamps and proceeded to show me what I had already found. When I I explained this to him, he defended her saying she was a good employee and she did no wrong. What an incredible experience!

Helpful stuff but letting homeless people sleep on the display desks and chairs is extremely unbecoming. Especially when you want to look at the furniture and they won't move.

I just moved and needed to get a bunch of new office supplies and return a hutch I bought for a desk (it won't work with the monitor I use for my home office). Ashley helped me get it returned, find a new chair, a new printer, and a bunch of other office supplies. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with a good sense of humor to top it off. She mentioned the membership program that's $50/year and the savings I would be getting. Overall, she helped me save over $200. Ashley did a fantastic job, and I will be returning here for future office supplies needs because of her.

Always a pleasure to enter Office Max - staff always professional and friendly, knowledgeable on product availability and product related questions. I am in there so often that I am greeted by my first name (I don't see this anywhere else)! This visit I did not make a purchase; rather, I simply dropped off printer ink cartridges for recycle. Still the same amazing service!
