We loved Bank as Ancor bank. Since old national took over it's a bank that cares little for it's customers. Expensive and uncaring that you have gone to the same place 10 Years.

I generally wouldn't take time to post my opinion; however, I banked with a very large bank for about 30 years. They didn't treat me anything close to how I get treated at Old National Bank. I like it when they actually know who I am. I am not that special but, I always got a kick out of how WF would look at my deposit slip and then give me the hi Tim , like they actually knew me. I am not a big shot and they have too many customers to know everyone. I understand that so there was no need to be fake. The only reason I stayed at WF bank is because I was simply complacent. One time I complained to the WF banker and he actually said "perhaps you should take your business elsewhere". So I finally did. I would highly recommend Old National Bank. I can't say enough good things about them.

I love this bank. I moved from a larger bank to Anchor years ago and have had zero issues. They are attentive and care. I had my identity stolen in February of 2017. Afraid they had too much info, and they did have everything (SSN, Birthdate, Address, etc...), so I called them and informed the bank. They immediately jumped on it to protect what is mine. Excellent service staff, friendly, and polite. I will bank nowhere else. Thank you Anchor Bank!

The worst bank I have ever banked with. Our debit cards wouldn't work in Mexico, even though we called in advance, and while we were there. We were told they can't guarantee they will work in a foreign country, left us money less in another country. Not open Saturdays. If you deposit a check after 4pm it's not available until the next business day and even though it shows funds are available online and on your deposit slip, they will site insufficient funds and assess an overdraft fee if you use it that night! And then make you feel like a j*** for calling and asking for an explanation. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and policies.
