Greedy company, the membership is a scam. All my money and wash balance was wiped away due to a recent policy change. No notice or heads up. I canceled my membership after multiple years and I should've done it earlier.

We use the self service dog wash, it's clean, staff are helpful and prices are reasonable.

The place is clean. Staff are great. The hours of operation need to be modified. We just drove a half hour one way because it says they are open till 8 but the staff said they actually close the self clean at 7 but the shopping area closes at 8. Waste of a drive, time, and gas. Very frustrating.

Pet Evolution - Blaine is AMAZING! We have seen Aliya for both of our Sheepadoodle’s grooms and each time has been great. Our puppy, Luna, is 5 months old and has never looked better after today’s groom with Aliya! Their employees are always so nice on the phone and accommodating, and their schedule is typically always open within 1-2 weeks. We have now completely switched all 5 of our animals to this location for their grooming needs and couldn’t be happier with their services. I highly, highly recommend Pet Evolution in Blaine as they are truly the best to work with both dogs and cats. It’s a relief to find somewhere close to home, and that we can trust with our babies. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them because they truly deliver every time. Thank you to the Pet Evolution - Blaine team and especially to Aliya who does a phenomenal job on all of the grooms. ❤️

I will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you all 😊 I was a stressed out, worried fur baby mom today, spoke to some amazing ladies over phone and was able to walk right in, my concerns were heard, and I was able to get the help I needed for my fur baby. The ladies were so welcoming, and all had amazing customer service. I am happy to report that with 1 call, first time visit my stress and worry were put to ease. THANKS 😀

This place is simply amazing! The staff were friendly. The tubs were clean and large. This made giving my very hairy pooch a breeze! Not having to bend over to bathe my dog is wonderful...my back isn't broken. The water pressure is good and you control the temperature. There is no time limit, which is also awesome! I was able to wash my dog with the soap provided and then wash her again with prescription shampoo that helps soothe her itchy skin. Then the blow dryer at the end actually has so much power that it was blowing the water off of my dogs hair! To top everything off, the staff cleans up the tub for you! I will definitely be recommending Pet Evolution to my friends and clients at my job (I'm a veterinary technician)! What a nice business!!!

We were looking for a specific food that was indicated online that was available there. Only a very small selection of it was actually there which didn't fit our needs.

Update: I've been coming regularly to bathe my dog myself and the staff have changed over the last year and a half, but are still friendly. My dog gets a few groomer cuts a year and seems happy to continue going so I'm pleased. Pic of the freshly washed pup looking for ways to get dirty again right away.
Walked in for the self service grooming and decided to add a nail trim service since my pup can be a bit squirmy. The staff were all so helpful and clearly were there because they love pets and want to help and educate. It's also nice to not have to clean the tub after the chore of bathing the dog. We will be coming back again for future grooming services including the self service area and recommend it to everyone.
