The worst experience. I will never take my dog there to be groomed again. I paid for the luxury grooming package when I got my dog back the only thing they had done was brush him out, no hair cut , no bath , no nail trim , no teeth brushing NOTHING.. Then they expected me to pay full price when they didn’t even do the services I asked for! I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

I go to this petsmart frequently. They always have some type of sale running, which does cause some of the items i purchase regularly to be out of stock by the time i get there. It's most common on dog treats.
I enjoy the number of selections there are at this store compared to other pet stores.
I do wish the registers weren't so close together. Sometimes, it can be difficult to exit with other customer carts being in the way.

Took my Dog in to be groomed and was never informed of the 48 hour vaccination rule. Poor customer service. Hope they treat dogs better than humans!

The one in Blaine is a bad store, I wanted to buy more fish for my aquarium and they told me they couldn't sell me because it is a small fish tank. According to the dimensions of many breeders, I could have a maximum of 12 fish and those people told me that I should only have 4 and therefore they would only sell me 1 because I had a 3... very bad... the client is the one who decides what to buy and how much. ...

Love going here love that you can take your dog with you just wish prices weren't so high, but I guess just like our food and necessities everything is going up.
