Katie at Northtown was very helpful and friendly. She did a great job and was informative. My son was getting his ears pierced and I had mine redone because they closed. Katie answered all of our questions. She also demonstrated on my son how to care for the piercing. She made sure that he knew exactly what to do. I do recommend Katie.

I just wanna say Katie was absolutely the best! She was very patient and professional with my granddaughters ear piercings, and they can be a handful!! She answered all my questions, clearly she was very busy, not just with me, and she had a smile the whole time! I already liked Banter, but thanks to this experience I love love it there! I didn't know you could shop online, thanks to Katie & staff I now have options!! Amazing customer service
