I called as I was in a jam and quickly needed 3 documents printed off my email. They agreed to do it, but told me it was a $10 minimum which I agreed to because again, I was in a jam even though it was $2 worth the printing. I understand this is probably not something they normally do, but it took 15 minutes (literally) to print the first very short document. The first time they printed it on the wrong size paper and the man working through the error copy into the trash. These documents contained just about all of my personal information. I kindly ask him to remove them and shred them or let me take them with me. He gave me an attitude and then set them on the counter and walked away to take a phone call. In the meantime, a girl was printing out the last 2 single sheets of paper that I needed that they “forgot” the first time. She finally comes back with them, and I had to ask her to shred the previous documents that were still sitting there. Data management and confidentiality are not something this shop apparently takes seriously. I appreciate them doing something out of the ordinary to help my out, but 25 minutes to print 3 short documents when they knew the situation is unreal, especially for $10.

Print Central staff are amazing. They did two rush jobs for our church in just a couple of hours. They are wonderful staff and always willing to go the extra mile and they do excellent work. We highly recommend them for your printing needs!

Will make a bit of a drive to work with Charles again. Started off at minuteman press in ham lake as it's near my house. Needed just 15 copies of something laminated. Walked into minuteman and spent 10 minutes waiting for the guy to get off the phone. Then once he greeted me he told me it would be a couple of days for my job. I said "a couple days for 15 copies and lamination?" He said yes they're very busy with big jobs. I said I needed them tomorrow, and asked if there were any other shops in the area. He said he didn't know so I googled it and found print central. Walked in and Charles greeted me right away. Told me up front it'd be 30 minutes for the laminator to warm up and what it would cost. I said I had some errands to run and he could call me when done. Couple hours later the job was done and exceptional quality. Will recommend this place for any job big or small. Thankful.

I went here for the first time today and I was really Blown Away by the awesome customer service and the great quality work they did at a reasonable price. You could say I'll be a customer for life! I love supporting smaller local businesses instead of the big box stores as well
