I purchased a soft tonneau cover from Radco online for my Nissan Titan XD. The staff at Blaine Radco walked me through my various options and they were very knowledgeable. When it arrived, I booked the install appointment, but showed up on the wrong day. The staff rearranged a few things and squeezed me in anyway. When the install was complete, the technician/installer went over everything with a hands on tutorial. Thanks Radco. You all are professionals.

Do yourself a favor and travel a couple hours to get a Leer from a smaller dealer. It will cost less, you'll get 10x the service and you might actually get it. After over 20 weeks I told Radco to give my money back, 4 weeks later it was in at a different dealer for $800 less and they would actually answer their phones!

Radco in Blaine has basically become an abandoned store that should advertise as closed until they can figure out their staffing. For those needing service call on of the other ones, for those looking to make a purchase strongly consider a competitor.For my personal experience I bought a topper from them about a year and a half ago, it needed service after a few month. I spent the next 9 months trying to get a hold of them. I finally got an appointment last Tuesday only to show up to an empty parking lot and one person working as their one installer called in sick. No call or email to reschedule. I got in with the Maplewood location the next week.I will not be replacing my current topper but on my next truck I will be going with a different Manufacture as LEER seems to allow Radco to be the exclusive MN dealer and I am done working with them.

Terrible customer service. I purchased and had them install side steps for my truck. After 2 years at hey rusted and needed to be replaced. Since they were still under warranty Radco Blaine said they would get them replaced. It’s been over a month now. I have called countless number of times, they never pick up the phone. I’ve emailed and gone in person and they just give me a run around that they are unsure when they will be in. No one reaches out with any updates or responds to the voicemails. I’ve even requested the manager call me back. Not once have I heard from them. Go elsewhere for your truck needs.

We tried calling Radco in Blaine at least 22 times over the course of 2 days and left several messages. No one answered the phone and no one returned our calls. Not the way to run a business. Spent our money elsewhere!

Looks like I've had the same issues and many other customers. Had something installed, ran into issues, and tried to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. After calling several times, leaving voicemails and multiple emails, I never got a response.

A topper we bought last year broke. No big deal as things happen. I called Radco at least 8 times during the week. Left a couple voicemails including one at the “online” store as well. No one ever answered and no one returned my call. Eventually called another location and was told I need to drive to the store to get help, they’re too busy to answer the phone. That level of service doesn’t work in todays world.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a light bar to have installed, my paper work got lost and never ordered. They ordered another for me, and that never got ordered. 3 months later and no response. Went to Five Star and they were great to work with.
