This is one of the best techniques of scamming people....One of the worst experiences I had with a cell phone provider since I started using wireless phone services in my life.I came into the T-mobile store at this location, and I switched 3 lines to T-Mobile after I had enough details discussions with one of the store associates. I was promised the insider deal, which was one of the reasons that I took a chance to switch to T-Mobile service, then the people helping me said it would take some time to be applied and approval but I didn’t need to wait. After a month when I checked my monthly bill, the insider code was not applied. I came back to the store a lot of times and they promised they would get it done. Of course they have even told me not come in person that they will call me and make it happen. But all the promises didn't come true.So multiple trips to the t-mobile store and time wasted , now today was my last trip for the last 12 months that I have been trying my best to work with the store manager.And finally, Alex (one of the store managers) told me that I don't have any options, all the options I have is nothing but keep paying my cell phone bill.#insidercode #Discount

We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.

John Rhodes, Zach Greenfield and Jason Sedok at the Pheasant Ridge T-Mobile location were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and made upgrading devices super easy. I would highly recommend working with one or all of these great gentlemen!

John, Jason, and Zach were so wonderful to work with! My mom and I came in 30 minutes to close and they were beyond amazing! Super patient, and charismatic, could not recommend them more highly.

Went to the T-Mobile store on Pheasant Ridge to get help transferring data to my new phone. Zack helped me and was amazing. He fixed everything and even though it took a while he didn't make me feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend!

I went in to return/ replaced a defected modem and was greeted immediately. I also enjoyed a short, but pleasant conversation with the representative while he processed my return and then I was out the door.

I'll start by saying that I've been a loyal customer for over 14 years. My wife recently went into the store to get a new Sim card for our son's phone. His phone is a Metro pcs phone on the t-mobile network. They didn't care to help her, lying to her, telling her that a new Sim card wouldn't work because it was on a different network. They told her that she could trade the original phone for a phone from the store at a charge of $70. Not once did they ask for her DL/photo ID and didn't even bother to pull up the account or look at the phone. One of the female associates was on her personal phone, discussing her recent furniture purchase, while standing next to my wife who obviously needed help, letting the less experienced associate struggle with "helping" my wife, while making comments in a rude and off-putting tone.We've been to this store many times in the past and have never had a negative experience such as this. These associates need some extensive training in customer service! I really hope that this isn't a sign of things to come with t-mobile.

Switched from Verizon a week ago and the experience couldn’t have gone smoother! I worked with Lexii and she was awesome. very knowledgeable, super funny and knew exactly what she was doing. She switched us over to a family plan in less than an hour! Would easily recommend both lexii and this location!! Spoke with other store employees over our time there and they too were super nice and easy to talk to! Thank you for the great experience ????

We were in this office, our English is not very good, but Andrew Florey listened to us attentively, repeated several times when it was unclear to us, explained all the plans, tested the phones, helped to understand which connection is better for us. He's really a T-mobile mobile expert. We were very satisfied with the communication and the quality of service. I recommend this branch and seller Andrew Florey!
