Scamming customers. Price at pump does not match the advertised pricing on the sign. False advertised gas prices. “Have to come back tomorrow to talk to management about it” Because we all have time to come back and argue with management with a manipulated price.

After 15 years of living less than a mile away, I think the time has come for me to find another gas station. The last couple years I've watched this location go downhill, and even worse the recent 6 months or so, I think I pull up to a pump to find it doesn't work more often than I find a working one. Even more so recently, I try multiple pumps in a single visit, multiple visits. Such a shame, it's a super convenient location. Just can't depend on it.

My cousin and I walked in on 6/27/24 at around 10:45-11:00 to get an icee. We walked in and the mtn dew (the flavor we wanted) was a light orange color so we decided to taste it to see what it was it was peach. We decided not to get it cause we both don’t like peach and we didn’t want any other flavors. My cousin did try Chili Mango which she did not like at all and she was so grossed out and wanted the taste out of her mouth so she talk about 3 marshmallow not even maybe, just to get the taste out of her mouth. My mom then walked in to get a pack of smokes I was about to leave with my cousin as my mom was paying. Jennie “the worker” asked what we walked in to get I said “well we wanted icees but we didn’t want the flavors” before I could even finish the rest of my sentence she turns to my cousin and says to my cousin and I “if your going to come in here you can’t steal” My mom then jumped in saying we were only tasting it cause we didn’t know the flavors. She then kept calling us thieves and saying we aren’t allowed back in. My mom and I shop at speedway a lot, if it’s just to get coffee or even food and snacks. I hate to go in there being considered as thieves even though we didn’t steal anything when we walked out with nothing. Thank you.

Today June 27th around 10:40 Jennie a worker there was rude to me and my cousin I tested an icey because I wanted to try the Mountain Dew it was not green it was a very light orange and a few other flavors were broken so I took the smallest size and I hit the lever for a split second and tried it and it turned out to be peach not Mountain Dew and I’m not a fan of peach so it would be unfortunate if I filled a full cup thinking it was Mountain Dew. We didn’t like any of the working flavors there and we being me and my cousin went in alone just us to with her mom in the car still her mom came in a little later when we began to try the Mountain Dew there were people infront of the icey machine so me and my cousin walked and looked at candy then those people left and my cousins mom came in and then we tested the iceys I also tried a spicy mango one I think it was it was not good at all and normally we eat a few of the mini marshmallows we grew up here had went to the same gas station since I can’t even remember when anyways I threw about 3-5 marshmallows into my mouth to get rid of the taste I didn’t think much of it because we go there all the time just about everyday and have been doing it for years but after I put the 5 or so marshmallows in my mouth I went over to my aunt that was paying for cigarettes she then said “that we can’t be doing that” and we were very confused and then she said “u guys are stealing u can’t do that” and we said “oh we are not” then my aunt said that we were with her because my aunt is known well around Blaine then she said “they were just testing the Mountain Dew to see if it was actually Mountain Dew because normally it was green and it was like a light orange at the moment” and then the worker kept accusing us of stealing we kept saying we weren’t and we had absolutely nothing in our hands because we tested the flavors and then threw the small cups away. She kept on saying and raising her voice that we were stealing when we had absolutely nothing in our hands besides the worker that was paying for my aunts cigarettes as we were all three standing there. She said that we shouldn’t come back there because we were apparently steeling. Me and my cousin went to the car where my grandma was she stayed in the car the entire time she never came in. Me and my cousin didn’t here the rest what else was said back and forth between them because we went in the car. This interaction was very sad and disappointing because we have been going there for a long time a lot of the workers know my aunt very well and it makes all three of us not want to go to that speed way. Me think that lady is new because none of us have seen her before but if she is new it’s disappointing because she’s rude and disrespectful.

I was in on May 10, 2024 at 2:15, when a lady and her son needed a lid for a slurpee. The manager told her to use a pop lid because there were not sending them. Then the lady said don't hold it against in. Then the manager got mad at that. The manager started to get mad and was saying the f word left and right. When the lady left and went to her car the manager continued to say the f word and other words as she is doing it through the window at the lady. This is wrong. You don't treat people this way. I will not be going back to this store.

Only saving grace about this store is that its in a convenient spot the staff however could use a bit of an attitude adjustment and be a little more polite to customers especially the check out staff.

My wife stopped in to get gas and a cup of ice as she is pregnant and that's what she is craving. She filled up the xxlarge cup with ice and paid for 40 in gas. The cashier charged for 2 cups of ice. She questioned this because she thought it was a mistake. His response was its a pretty big cup. I tried calling to remedy the situation and spoke with Mark the assistant manager. He was the one who helped my wife. He told me that it wasn't a big deal because it is only 50 cents. He told me it is company y policy that he is to charge multiple items based on how he feels how big it is. I don't understand and will not be using this store anymore

I went inside to use a gift card that I earned from rewards, the cashier scanned my rewards gift card and told me I had to purchase the card first. I then asked why cause it was my rewards and that's when she was like "First off you don't need to give me attitude" I was shocked ? I asked a simple question and that was the response I received. I don’t think anyone as a customer should have been spoken to like that. And then I found out from a friend the he too received the same demeaned from the same cashier that day. So to the cashier in the Pac-Man T-shirt on 11/4 4:30pm. You need to appreciate the people who bring in money to pay your paycheck. Cause that’s what you get paid for. Thank you!

Larger lady with black hair is absolute the worst gas station clerk, I have ever dealt with. If you hate your job, you should probably just quit. Took her 10 minutes to stop stocking the candy to come help me. Even if you’re out of gas, I would walk to the Holiday down the street before ever going back here.
