My son brought his car in for an oil change. They stripped the oil pan out when they installed the drain plug. Didn’t tell him there was a problem. They have a checklist on their receipt and it states that the drain plug was ok. We brought the car back to the shop because the car immediately threw low oil pressure codes and was leaking oil all over my driveway. They blamed the shop that previously did the oil change. Run from this place! They are incompetent!
The owner responded to this review asking me to call the manager. I called the manager and all I got was “ I am very disappointed with my guys.” I asked to speak with the owner and they said he would be calling. It’s been 2 days and no call. Then he deletes his response. I attached a photo showing they checked the oil plug as ok and said nothing to my son about a stripped oil pan.

If I could give a million stars I would! Very impressed. Today was my first visit. I was greeted with a bottle of water. Everyone was SO nice and explained everything they were doing and gave me multiple options. Quick and easy service and I never even left my car! Will be back for my next oil change.
