Poor warranty support.. I bought a hot tub cover from them and it had some indents, I thought no big deal.. but then the leather started to degrade on the edges of the divets so I called. I was told that someone must have sat on it so they will not honor the warranty.. but then told me to unzip that'd side of the cover and flip it over.. so I did.. still has large wrinkles from the plastic liner inside. But besides all that, leather should not degrade after 8 months.. There are many other companies to check out, is this the kind of company you want to work with??

I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.

I've been using The Pool Store for 25 years. That's how long I've had my pool.Funny thing is, when I bought the pool from them, I thought it was maybe a 5 year commitment. I didn't know they lasted so long.The folks at The Pool store have always been knowledgeable and professional .They don't try to upsell.

They always have everything I need and they're really helpful! We bought a house with an existing pool. When I wanted a solar cover spool, it was actually a better price in at The Pool Store than it was from the big online stores and they had it in stock. They've serviced my pool pumps, and helped me learn how to winterize my own system. I usually buy everything online, but in this case, I prefer my local guys.

I usually see Eric, who is super helpful. today the woman ( who said she never helps customers) who assisted me was so condescending and rude that I couldn't wait to get out of there. Going forward, I will call ahead to make sure someone in customer service that actually likes people will be there. Beware of the rude and bad attitudes.

My local store, and I am glad they are so close. I was having a cloudy water issue. I brought a water sample in and had them help me diagnose the problem and then direct me to a solution. The kids will be happy this weekend!
