My first and last time at this bank. It was a horrible experience. Doug at the counter wasn’t very welcoming. He didn’t want to help me and eventually didn’t. Worst bank branch and currently considering removing myself from being a US Bank member.

My wife has been a member of this bank for 17 years and just had her bank account hacked and all of her money stolen. She is unable to pay her bills or anything for 60 days without destroying her credit. She just left the bank in tears and raced home because one of the clerks was so rude to her. The clerk was unwilling to help and had an attitude about it the entire time. When my wife was pleading about anything they could do because she can’t pay her bills she was told “well that sucks” and she couldn’t take any more humiliation so she left. I am considering changing banks along with her if this is how their customers when they are going through a tough time. For the record I don’t even care if there is nothing they can actually do but customer service like this is completely unacceptable

us Bank Corp ought to be totally ashamed of themselves. But, shame wouldn’t even touch their cold black hearts. Their online banking, which is the only way we have access in today’s world, is purposefully confusing to the average consumer unless you’re a banker yourself and you work at U.S. Bank I suppose. Any pending transactions I may have, are already deducted in my mind from my balance. Yet, they double deduct it; if that makes any sense. So, when you look at your online balance, you’ll see the completed transactions underneath the first completed transactions, for instance, it will show your balance. That balance that is shown to the consumer is the “actual” balance, in which includes pending transactions already deducted. Now, if you touch that on your screen on your phone or with your mouse, or what have you, it will then bring up a completely different balance. Due to the fact that they are holding those pending transactions themselves. So it’s a double whammy in my mind. I don’t make a lot of money and this procedure that they use brings an account into the negative rather fast if you have a lot of pending transactions, I went to several banks trying to figure this out, why I was getting charged overdraft fees when I knew I didn’t go below my balance. Nobody could tell me why for the longest time… If anybody ever brought it to their attention, but I’m sure they did. I talked to bankers and several different banking branches, and they could not give me an answer as to why those balances were different than the one that is shown ad the “actual” balance - The factual balance. So you’re getting hit twice with pending transactions until they clear!
ALSO,and this is dispicable, if I make a deposit on January 15 before 3 PM before 10 PM which means it’s on January 15 business day; now, usbank,
will have several pending transactions, hit my account, or your account, prior to that deposit of cash, which should not be pending whatsoever. Yet, you can be overdrawn simply because they throw those pending charges against your accounts prior to the deposit, which all are to be on the same business day! I understand if you have a check to deposit, but this is cash I’m talking about. I figured, well, maybe I need to go into the branch and deposit cash and that should show up not pending instead of using the ATM but, no! That is not any different than using their ATM deposit. They can charge up to $36 which is what they always charge on three transactions per day! $108.00 per day! I am on SSI. They took my whole SSI check due to outrageous overdraft fees. Needless to say, I no longer am a customer. But, unfortunately that has affected my credit severely, and I am in the negative with them still.Until I file a class action lawsuit in which has been filed before for the same reason years ago. So, US Bank president? US Bank owner? US Bank management? Shame on you! This is an unlawful act against consumers and against our rights as citizens!

They’re so mean over the phone I just called to ask for help with a promotion they’re having when you open a new account and the man over the phone acted like I was insane and then I had to explain the promotion to him and I just gave up, not sure why he couldn’t just tell me it comes into the account after 90 days like the next guy. Had to call 5 other branches after this one because they don’t answer and they don’t have you wait on hold until someone can hell you it just hangs up. HORRIBLE BANK DONT BANK HERE

just had the worst experience at usbank with the korean banker who made me feel like a fraud while trying help a family member remedy issues with their account. i was accused of trying to illegally manipulate another person's account while she attacked us with all kinds of legalese. my family's money was apparently held hostage until we figure out the legal side of doing business with this pathetic bank

I've banked with US Bank since they were First Bank back in 1987. I've held a perfect credit score with them. They have been nothing but a complete disappointment and completely ignored my business services that I've advertised to them. I am looking forward to them helping me make a smooth transition to another bank that values me as a customer and is supportive of my endeavors.

You know, with all the one star ratings at this branch. You think they'd actually do something? Friday morning twelve people in line one teller working. I stood here for fifteen minutes with two customers in front of me.. If they all claim to be bankers, why don't somebody come out of their office. I've been banking with u s bank for twenty five years this is ridiculous. Also how does a teller not have a calculator.

Apparently they don't like cryptocurrencies so they just decided to close my account. Instead of returning my funds to me, they said a check will be issued. I've wasted over 8 hours on my time here in the past three days. I would not recommend US bank to anyone.

I have been banking at this location for years and have never had any issues with customer service here. However, I was quite impressed last week while cashing some government issued bonds, I had no idea how to go about it, but when I got to the teller, I was pleasantly greeted and helped with the cashing of bonds. The teller had never done it before either but was professional, well composed, and just plain super helpful.A big thanks to her (Alejandra Martinez) and US BankDo not lose her she is an asset to US Bank.

Always the slowest and worst experience. Went today to make a deposit with a significant amount of cash and some coins. Coin machine broken… Teller tells me they can’t count the change and could deposit the cash but not coins. As long time customer both personal and business, this branch is always a joke and usually lazy, as was the case today.
