Had an unusual issue with our trade-ins and had Crista help us out. She was the best! She followed thru and went thru everything in detail so we didn’t miss anything. It was very nice to see people who care about what they do. Will be my new store for anything that comes up.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! This store does not disclose hidden fees. This store does not disclose that they are a franchise instead of a corporate location. Meaning that they charge fees that other locations do not such as a fee just to talk to you in store. We bought two new phones and were told we had to pay for the taxes and setup fees which we expected. Katie H helped us earlier in the day and all seemed fine till we thought about the charges we had for our phones. We were never given a receipt so we called verizon and they had no record of this transaction and said we had to go to the store to get help. We went to a store closer to us and they said they couldn’t help us due to the purchase being from a franchise store. No one had records or receipts for us. We had to drive back to this store after calling and asking for a receipt to view the charges which was never emailed to us even after calling for the email receipt again. We go in the store and had to wait 40 minutes for help while the employees ignored us. They helped us immediately when we were there to buy phones and accessories the first time but when we came back with issues they then suddenly ignored us. We finally got a receipt and when we looked at the receipt we found extra charges for setup called a “ready go ready package” each device was a $30 charge, totaling in $60 to have them hit transfer on the phone and then skip all the setup steps that we still had to do ourselves later. We were told the charge would include our taxes and activation fees however our activation fees are being put on our next bill. We talked to a corporate store and they said they do not charge for this “ready go package” and they charge you the activation fee there in store. THIS STORE IS A SCAM! We called this location the next day when they opened and asked about these charges and they claimed that all stores charge this fee and it’s for “dealing with customers”. This is not the truth because my husband’s family just upgraded their phones last week at a corporate store and did not have these issues. Both of our families have been long time customers of Verizon over the years and have never had these issues. This is a branch issue. We read reviews today and seen a review by Blaire Stroinski, they also had this issue.

Drew was very helpful, explaining every step and all the details in my new phone purchase and plan upgrade. He made sure to check all the options available to present me with the best deal. He’s very personable and courteous, and the other staff member was also very knowledgeable. They both made my store visit straightforward and comfortable. I highly recommend Drew’s great customer service.

Now THIS is customer service. Feels like it’s a lost art nowadays with companies taking away human interaction-but this Verizon store has many wonderful professionals working there and ready to help. We got greeted right away and then we got to work with Crista. What a PLEASURE it was working with her. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Thanks to my interaction with Crista I will dedicated to this location and her for all my Verizon needs . Thank you

My son and I switched from TMobile to Verizon yesterday. We also purchased two new phones. Dustin was amazing. He was kind, patient and considerate. He was willing to answer any questions we had and took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us find the right plan for us. Thank you, Dustin, for providing quality service. You were wonderful.

We had an excellent Verizon experience with Josh at the Blaine store. He helped both my husband and I with our phones. He was smart, patient, polite and fast.

Went here with my wife to upgrade our phones. We met with Caitlin, and she was excellent. She was very helpful and very friendly. The process to upgrade took a while, and she made the experience as pleasant as possible. If she didn't have an answer for us, she had no problem calling and getting the answer for us, which I really appreciated.
