I've been with Verizon for 22+ yrs. Customer service/sales reps lacks transparency and are becoming increasingly dishonest and rude; specifically the Blaine/Northtown location.

We purchased the phone and service online, but during the number transferring, so much hassle has caused. Tried many online services, did not work out at all!!We stopped by this location to try out luck. BRIAN was very welcoming and knowledgeable and walked us with all directions to resolve the issues. Definitely appreciated the service.

Unfortunately this store is not as transparent as they should be when pertaining to promotional offers and fees/taxes.I wouldnt walk into this store without knowing exactly what you want ahead of time and doing the research yourself.If you find yourself in a position where correction is needed the store doesnt even address it and everything has to be done via corporate phone calling or online chating. Therefore there is no accountability for employees in store to correct their wrong doings.Managment needs to take a good look in the mirror at this location.After my experience I will be looking for a new cell carrier going forward. 100% not worth the headache or time invested.

Existing long term customer - MULTI LINES.#Verizon- I am from (not Verizon) Corp sales - Poor Attitude and sales do not gel.12/20-Sale of 5G Home to a multi-line Client.12/22 - Manager Gabe - Horrible experience with a ‘F off’ answer. Asked a simple question of why my 5G XBOX redemption code is not working and forcing me to upgrade my lines! 100% horrible attitude.12/23 - Manage Joshua - May have redeemed the situation - Have to see by 12/27~So, #VERIZON #SALES - T-Mobile and ATT have entered your compete now NEXT renewal cycle.Cause and Effect:CAUSE: 100% due to Manager Gabe (Seller Milton was good).EFFECT: Potential loss = $460/Mo. =$6000+ / year, long-term customer and compounding loss = 3-5referrals, my corp stalled AND other net new lines (family) - all stalled. = $$20-30k potential loss.your Action: WRITTEN apology from Gabe and honor the XBOX deal - for now sounds like a bait and switch, which I don’t think is the intent.Great Job Verizon.

I was in and worked with Scott. He added the protection plan on my phones without my authorization. He said I needed to go to the app to remove it. I did that and was advised if I removed this charge my bill will go up. I wasn’t advised of any of this. My plan is to return the phones and find a different provider.

Do yourself a favor and go to another provider. Visible if you insist on having Verizon's service. Employees are the least helpful, smug persons working customer service I've ever experienced. They're only there to sell so don't bother trying to get some kind of assistance with a matter that should've been resolved 3 visits ago when I first arrived to resolve an issue. Instead, I now have a bill collector trying to get at me for service I never had! Thanks Verizon!!!

Reese was really helpful and willing to help get the best offers available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the best deals and was able to facilitate the addition of 2 new lines and help upgrade a prexisting line with the best deal that we could get. Reese went above and beyond to help get the phones that we wanted and get the best deals available.

Employee lied to me about the features of the plan I was upgrading to, now I'm having to pay even more for the plan to get those features added back, and charged me for a transfer I didn't ask for or receive. I should've listened to the other 1 star reviews.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a positive review for two employees who helped me in store today, Milton and Quinton. Both of these employees showed exceptional customer service and care and honestly deserve the biggest raise. Not only did Milton stay with me while on the phone with a Verizon call agent to help me get an appointment but both of these employees had to deal with a very verbally aggressive gentleman and an inebriated woman at the same time. The inebriated woman could barely walk and actually tried entering my car in the parking lot while she was there as well. Quinton stepped outside and directed her away from my vehicle while I was being helped inside and then called the police to make sure she was taken care of and not wandering in front of traffic. I call that going above and beyond regular customer service! They both were SO patient during the whole ordeal and spoke calmly and kindly when dealing with the difficult customers. As a customer service rep myself I don’t know if I could have handled all of that as well as these two did. I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences non stop with Verizon’s call center reps but these store employees are what keeps me here.

I stopped by for advice for my cell phone. I've been having problems with an older android phone and needed to know if it was time to get a new one. Very helpful...no pressure to buy.
