I didn't appreciate people who work at Walgreens pressuring my Mom into taking booster shots! My Mom came to Walgreens just to pick up her medication ONLY. My Mom only talks to her Doctor in private about her health as do other people. This pressure has to stop now!!!!!

I understand that many pharmacies are under staffed, but the lack of efficiency at this location is ridiculous. I ordered a refill for a prescription over an hour ago and waited in line for 20+ minutes, just for them to say that they haven't even started working on it yet. The drive through is a joke, it takes them over 10 minutes per customer and you end up waiting triple the amount of time that it takes to go inside. Absolutely horrible service.

I tried calling this walgreens since 12:53pm to about 5pm and someone picked up multiple times then I was dropped or the phone was on hold and the hold stopped and the phone started ringing and never endeding with ringing. I ordered my prescription online at 1pm and it said it would be available at 5pm. When I did not receive any indication it was done I tried yet again to call and the same thing happened. I went in the store at 525pm and my order was not even started. This was for a partial order of 7 tablets.The fact that the whole process of trying to reach someone was a nightmare and on top of that whole nightmare my prescription was not even started after 4 hours later and 20 minutes past the time I was told it'd be done is unacceptable. I thought maybe it was short staffed only to walk in and 3 guys are back there.I switched to this location because it was closer to my home but this was clearly a huge mistake. I will not be going here again. I'm not sure who manages this location or pharmacy but you're doing the worst job at it and you should not be in a leadership roll if you can't manage your staff properly or hire those capable of doing their job that customers depend on.

Prescriptions are never ready. Even if they text you that they are, you get there and they aren't. Or your Dr sent them in days ago and nope, still not ready. But they can quickly fill them in 10-30 minutes ? Terrible service.

The pharmacy mailed the prescriptions since we live so far away. We were so happy and thankful they arrived in only 2 days! The pharmacist called to make sure we received the prescriptions and had a concern that the combination of medications could be harmful. I let him know the doctor had changed the amount and frequency of the meds. He said he was glad because the meds taken under the new directions would be safe. What a great pharmacist! Thank you so much for being so caring!

I always like going to Walgreen's. The people working there are always kind and helpful. I especially liked my last visit. I received a lot of help from a Menesha. She went above and beyond. Thank you Menesha!!

came into walgreens yesterday for one specific thing asked for help from the beauty consultant Manisha and she has offered me tremendous help knew exactly where everything was plus offered me onto a couple deals for skin products which I’m so grateful for definitely would come again.

This Pharmacy is terrible was on hold for 20 min. Someone picked up and just put me back on hold another 20 min to be hung up on. Called back and they asked me to call at a later time because they are to busy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with for Walgreens. So unorganized, prescription’s don’t get filled for days after a doctor writes script.

Extremely poor service, product availability, organization, management, etc. Drive thru is equally poor. Very unorganized with limited staff. Unable to reach via phone without long hold times. Multiple bad experiences for months. Most recent poor experience was a long hold on the phone, told they were filling prescription and it would be ready in an hour, drove 1/2 hour to pick up, told it wasn't available to pick up. Last straw for me! I don't recommend this location.

I went in the other day and I was assisted by this employee named Sammy. NEVER have I experienced such extraordinary and exceptional customer service. He answered all of my questions with ease and has assisted me through situations I didn’t even know could be assisted. I would like someone at Walgreens to immediately acknowledge him right away. Thank you so much Sammy for all the help and I know I’m not the only one that has experienced this.

My grandma uses a cane and always wobbles without it. She told me today that she went to this wallgreeens and fell. The employee working the cash register, Sammy, helped her up and took her and watch she purchased safely to her car.

1 came into the Walgreens looking for some simple groceries which I couldn't find, not only did this employee help me find my products and check me out quickly, he also helped carry out some of the soda cans.Sammy is an exceptional employee not only had great manners but great customer service!!

I was disappointed with the store but when I reached the check out counter a young black male (I didn’t get ahold of his name), he greeted me with respect and made my overall experience with Walgreens a lot better. Thanks whoever that was.
