Pharmacy is unorganized and slow. I called and was told my prescription was ready… it wasn’t. Said they’ll text or call me when it was ready… they didn’t. I feel(personally) this is too much responsibility for this Walgreens. Maybe they should get into the health insurance business. Then it would be the norm to try and not help people.

I love the staff at this pharmacy!! The main pharmacist Chantel goes above & beyond when it comes to getting my order placed. I didn’t want to drive across the city & she made it possible for me to pick it up at the Blaine location which is closer! This is now my new go to!!!

A few Wednesday ago, I was in Blaine for a pickle pickup. It went well. Afterwards, I had two quick errands to complete before heading back to my hotel room for a work meeting: - Grab lunch - Get some drinks and snacks I visited this Walgreens first, followed by Arby's for lunch. Perfect! There was lots of parking in this plaza. I backed into a spot and headed over to this store. I was immediately greeted by Easter items. I was pleased that cute Squishmallows were a part of this welcome squad. I briefly looked at the nail care section. It was great. There was nail polish remover in a number of forms, polish, gel stickers, fake nails, and more. There were more Squishmallows in the seasonal Easter aisle. It was also Valentine's Day, so I saw candy for both occasions. I did not buy any Valentine's Day merchandise. I decided to wait a day, to take advantage of clearance sales that likely would happen. I needed pop. I got a couple of two-litre bottles. I was thrilled to see Diet A&W root beer. It's not as common as Diet Dr Pepper. I took a bottle each of these flavours. I also got popcorn. I headed to the checkout. There was one person ahead of me. I didn't have to wait long. I got a woman who was competent. She ended up putting a bottle in a plastic bag. It was different. I would have double-bagged both bottles. To each, her own. I paid with a credit card. At Walgreens, the payment kiosk prompts whether you want to pay in USD or CAD with a Canadian credit card. I always go with USD and have my credit card do the exchange. I got a coupon for $7 off my next purchase of at least $15. I thanked the woman and headed to my car. This store had everything that I needed. I wish that I had more time to browse. The next time I'm back in Blaine, I hope that I can take my time shopping here. (87)

Would give 0 stars if that was possible. After reading other reviews from the past three months who have had similar problems I have to say with my full chest DO NOT go to this pharmacy if you want to receive the correct medication. I received the wrong medication in November, and a separate wrong medication in December. In the process of trying to get in touch with someone to figure this out but extremely disheartened to see from these reviews that this is a pattern at this location.

The staff at this pharmacy is so unprofessional and rude. They made an error filling my medication, which they refused to take back or correct. The medication cost me $560 out of pocket. When I called them about the mistake the female who filled it acknowledged her mistake but couldn’t do anything about it. So she asked the pharmacist Tyler Dahlgren call me back. This guy was so rude and arrogant. He tried to blame me for their mistakes and basically told me to pay another $560 to reorder the correct medication. When I told him that I absolutely wouldn’t pay again to correct their mistakes, he just hang up the phone on me. I was so shaken by the whole conversation and how he arrogantly disregarded my medical treatment and financial sacrifices.

I never write reviews but this is hands down the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. When you are out of a medication and won't be getting it for 6-8 weeks and do not have the courtesy to contact the customer and instead just say it's slightly delayed is absolutely absurd. I had to call THREE times to get an actual firm answer on how long the delay for my medication would be. The pharmacist on duty was so snarky and rude. After having my families medication filled there for 7+ years I am moving elsewhere after this complete disregard of customer service.

My experience was with the pharmacy and has been good for most of the last year. Most of the time I had a very experienced and informed pharmacist who provided me information regarding my insurance coverage and medication.This last week and half I had a very poor and disorganized experience. The pharmacist name was Jane she was very standoffish, and scolded me regarding an error that was made by her and her team. I worked with my doctors office, my insurance, and this location for over a week trying to get my meds refilled. I knew it was a hassle for me to call every few days so i gave grace and kindness over multiple calls only to be received with disregard and irritation by Jane in this last interaction.I would not recommend this location although i have had a great experience with other Walgreens specially the Roseville mn one. Patients don’t deserve poor treatment and you should own your mistakes with humility as a provider of services to people with medical needs.

I had reported to an employee that the trash cans by the front doors was overflowing. They told me that their trash machine was broken for a few weeks now and that corporate is not fixing the issue. Shame on corporate walgreens for mistreating their stores like that. Ridiculous and unsanitary.

So old, floors are gross, peeling discolored laminate. Pharmacy section is tiny compared to all the other stuff they sell. Go if you must, but there is probably a better option if you aren't desperate

Pharmacy staffs are ourstanding and went above and beyond to pickup medicine from another store - totally different than my regular Walgreens. Thank you very much for your customer obsession.

If you live in Blaine take the extra time to visit this Walgreen instead. The people here are the nicest and most helpful out of all Walgreens nearby, by far. They greet you and are really there to help.
