WM, formerly Waste Management, offers solutions that meet even the most challenging waste disposal needs. Customers report that Waste Management arrives on time, empties the can and leaves the surrounding areas clean and neat. The workers are friendly and courteous. Pickup is always as scheduled, and the trash can is always put back in place. There is excellent communication from WM whenever something is different from what's scheduled, though some weeks bring calls about delays. Most weeks there is great service. Customers are asked to put garbage in a plastic bag so it does not scatter, and to not throw garbage on the road.
Kat helped us schedule a missed pick up and so appreciated her help. Kevin is our usual pick up guy and he is a sweetheart. Maybe he was sick and so we were missed last Wednesday…?
