Dear Blaine Wells Fargo: I see your establishment has been labeled “racist” by reviewers. You are not alone in Blaine, check other google reviews around Blaine. Coalitions called “Stop racist Blaine” have sprung up in Blaine with no basis, or grounds. If you are “White” in Blaine (and other cities) you are labeled “racist”. This is happening in our schools, business, workplaces, to our police, political figures and overwhelmingly on online reviews and social media. This labeling tactic has worked in other cities in MN and around the USA, the goal is to divid and cause strife. Please stay strong in these times, we all know you provide the same quality customer service to ALL people. The light will shine on the darkness and darkness can not overtake it.

The staffs are friendly. An average waiting time is two to 3 minutes. The environment is clean and calm.

I went to this branch to get change as I have done many times at this branch and at many, many other locations. Today, Linda required my debit card to prove I am a Wells Fargo customer and said it's the "policy." I guarantee you that the next time I go for change here or to another location, the "policy" will magically change again because this is NOT the policy. She is 1.) Targeting me because of my race because she is assuming someone who looks like me couldn't possibly bank there, and 2.) She is trying to sell me unnecessary products that I do not need. I used to work at Wells Fargo and I saw over and over again tellers just like Linda who feel lowly in their job make up new "policies" every day to feel like they have some type of control over people, and they especially target customers of color to express their own dissatisfaction with their job. I also know that you're not supposed to use the word "policy" with customers and Linda threw that word around multiple times like she had something to prove. Please train Linda and others like her to stop wasting customers' time with their pathetic need for control and power and let us get on with our day.

This bank overall customer service is by far the worst. The lady working the last shift before close is so rude. I went to cash a check and she requested two forms of id, okay fine but rudely would not accept my pace maker I'd as a second form. By the time I get back I'm handicap and missed it by two minutes and locks the doors.

They will say anything and everything to get your business but they will do absolutely nothing to keep your business other than recite policies to you like a robot. Their reputation precedes them.

Crooks. The banker says one thing but when you call them they say something entirely different. There is a reason this bank has such a terrible reputation. Go somewhere where your business is actually appreciated and somewhere you get to deal with honest people. If honesty, transparency, and control over your own account is what you need, this is NOT the bank for you.

Trash. Set up an account online, called on four separate occasions during normal business hours about a simple question, couldn’t even get someone to answer the phone. No wonder this bank is so poorly rated.

What happened to this Blaine branch? Used to be greeted at the door. Now they wait til people are piled up with no regard for who has been waiting the longest. Seems they want you to make an appointment for a 5 minute notary. Yuk, Pathetic service.
