It literally took forever in line. There was only one teller and when she got confused she grabbed one from the back. Except when the second one came out she helped and then just disappeared again, did not pay any mind to the line of 20 people. Absolutely useless staff!!

I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo, I have received the best customer service at this bank out of all the other options immediately available. However, I typically either make a deposit or withdrawal through the drive-thru ATMs and I have found that either one or the other is down more often than not. While not the worst that could happen, it is inconvenient to have only one available, which creates a longer-than-usual line and ultimately causes confusion. I hope they are able to address this ongoing issue soon.

I have banked with TCF since I was a teenager and have seen TCF's customer service tank over the years. The only reason I kept them was how convenient the locations were along with the hours of operation with them strongly promoting 7 days a week for many years. TCF has declined tremendously as more people bank online, write less checks and use direct deposit. TCF have even started pulling branches out of Cub Foods which was one of the major pluses of the bank. Despite Well's Fargo taking a lot of heat in the past for some not so friendly business practices, I wanted to give them a chance to see for myself by visiting a branch to open a new account. I made an appointment online the night before to visit this branch for the following morning. I showed up the next morning and was immediately greeted at the door by a staff member. She was very friendly and informed her I had set up an appointment the night before to meet with a banker. I didn't have to wait at all, my banker Nyia introduced himself and went back to his desk. Nyia was friendly, knowledgeable, asked me the right questions and really to start a relationship with the bank along with discussing some of my goals and ideas. He printed out a copy of all the paperwork that I had signed and even took the time to go through it again highlighting key points of the account to achieve the welcome bonus. I hate going to the bank in person but honestly it was an excellent experience, I get the backing of a big bank with the touch of an actual local banker from the community. The experience was customer focused the entire time during the visit far exceeding any type of experience with TCF. Thank You Nyia!

I have been into many Wells Fargo's across the country, and this one is by far the nicest one I've been in. They were very fast and extremely friendly. Customer service seems to fall flat at other retail locations I've been at, but you can tell that they focus on it here. I haven't met one employee yet there that gave poor service.

This bank has three atms. Went to make a deposit outside at both atms and neither one was presenting an option for deposits. The access card reader for the inside atm did not work. 3 atms at a well fargo bank lo ation and it was not possible to make a deposit. What poor service. Banks think they have a corner on financial srvices. Long live Blockchain. Let's get rid of Banks.

As far as banks go, Wells Fargo is the worst I've ever had to work with. I've had an account with them for 4 years and I'm closing it today. Not only did they change their online banking so that pending charges no longer subtract from your available balance (so they can get more overdraft fees from confused customers), but they don't care one bit about their customers opinions. After telling several people from several departments that I would close my account if they did not help me, none of them seemed to care in the least. I'm posting about the Blaine location because when it came down to them, the location I originally opened the account with, they also had the same attitude. If you want a good bank in a recession where banks are trying to screw over their own customers in order to make quick cash then you have to go local or you have to be so rich that they pay attention to you. So I have one choice.
