I've Called Wings customer service several times (4) without a return call? Blaine,MN
Deciding if to open an account but need some answers first.
Was on the Bank website but nowhere on the site has the answers I am looking for. & I'm not going to rely on a chatbot for an money answer. Must be nice to have so much business you never need to call people back!

My husband and I came in to open an account with wings at the Blaine location and were helped by Lexi- best bank experience ever. Easy, fast, & Lexi was not only knowledgeable but so sweet, easy going, & just fun to chat with while we were filling out the forms and such!

A very disappointing experience at the Blaine, MN branch. The level of customer service and communication couldn’t have been much worse. After more than 35 minutes of waiting with no communication, anyone checking in, etc. we left. While waiting there I jumped on the Wings app and initiated a chat where the chat agent told me that Mondays were typically a “busy day” - to which I asked: if you know Mondays are typically a busier day, why do you not adjust your staffing accordingly? Very, very disappointing. As a customer for more than 30 years - it’s frustrating to see their customer service get worse.

I went to this branch of Wings today with a client of mine who needed help opening an account. We worked with Lexii who absolutely outstanding! She was patient, clear, and super knowledgeable. She represented Wings Financial so well that I'm considering changing my own account from the bank I've been with for over 25 years to Wings. Thank you, Lexii!

Overall I haven't had many issues. Ive been here for a couple years. However it can take a ridiculous amount of time for a check to clear, compared to my other financial institutions
