A very disappointing experience at the Blaine, MN branch. The level of customer service and communication couldn’t have been much worse. After more than 35 minutes of waiting with no communication, anyone checking in, etc. we left. While waiting there I jumped on the Wings app and initiated a chat where the chat agent told me that Mondays were typically a “busy day” - to which I asked: if you know Mondays are typically a busier day, why do you not adjust your staffing accordingly? Very, very disappointing. As a customer for more than 30 years - it’s frustrating to see their customer service get worse.

I went to this branch of Wings today with a client of mine who needed help opening an account. We worked with Lexii who absolutely outstanding! She was patient, clear, and super knowledgeable. She represented Wings Financial so well that I'm considering changing my own account from the bank I've been with for over 25 years to Wings. Thank you, Lexii!

Overall I haven't had many issues. Ive been here for a couple years. However it can take a ridiculous amount of time for a check to clear, compared to my other financial institutions

Awesome experience setting up an account at Wings and taking out an auto loan. Drew and Hannah and Lissa(I think) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I would enthusiasticly recommend this location. Thank you for your help and guidance!

My wife and I are life long members of a small credit union that was just too far for us to drive so we looked for one closer to home. I checked financials and learned that Wings is best at handling money so we decided to become members. After a slow start, walk-in greeting and reception is non-existent, we were finally recognized by staff and brought in to fill out the paper work.Later, while home, we had some questions and tried to call. . . a phone center - anyway, keyed the extension and got a ring and a beep, hungup and tried again - a ring and a beep - no voice mail greeting, just a beep. How can we know who we're even leaving a voice mail for? The third time I left a voice mail after the beep and got a call back two days later.Next time for questions, I sent an email. . . I sent a resend, finally getting a response. And now recently, I sent an email request on Thursday, it's now Tuesday. . . no response.In conclusion - 1) train staff to acknowledge people who are standing by the door looking lost. 2) add a personal greeting to individual voice mail. 3) respond to email within 24-hours.From a financials postion, Wings is a great CU but from a customer service perspective improvement is greatly needed.

Opened a savings here as I was recommended Wings for a credit union. The pregnant woman that helped me barely talked to me throughout the process, didn't tell me all of my options or ask any questions. She went ahead and just opened a savings account, I'm not even sure I had options or not in the matter, but if I did she chose for me without engaging. Also wrote down all my login info for the online banking, without explaining that, or if I could change the username she gave me. Thankfully I don't live in this area so I will most likely go to one closer to my home to talk to a banker that can have a conversation. If its the same experience, I'll be moving all my funds to a different institution.

I like Wings, but I wish they gave us an actual phone number for the location, so I wouldn't have to talk to a robot. I want to call the Blaine location directly, yet they seem insistent on making that as difficult as possible.
