Had emergency repair. 20 miles out of town. Call Derek's at blooming. He made enough room in order to get me in right away. Took him 5 minutes to figure out the problem and less than 10 minutes to fix it. Got me out the door within 30 minutes.

Recently on vacation our wheel bearing went out. Although not able to locate a napa service center at that location, Darrick still stood behind their work and reimbursed us the faulty part. We would never go anywhere else! (Shout out to Brittany that pours herself into her work and does a terrific job!)

We pulled in to ask to borrow a jack to fix a mistake that the last place made with our front tires. The guys here were gracious enough to have us pull in and they balanced our tires and torqued them to spec. All in 15 minutes. We were back on the road in no time with out the fear of our tires wiggling off.

Couldn't be happier with the service here! Being relatively new to the area and not having a nearby garage picked out, I was ill prepared for my brake lines blowing out on a Friday 😬. They got me in immediately, with the promise of being done by the next Tuesday. And most importantly, they made sure I brought my car in immediately so I was not stuck without a car for the weekend. Because you see they give you a loaner car! So my weekend of visiting the fair was saved, and also money was saved by choosing Darrick's! I've had an item or two on my Fix-It list that I've been gathering quotes for, and Darrick's was the best quote by FAR! I will definitely be back and using them for the couple other items on the Fix-It list!

Fantastic place for any vehicle repairs! If there is a problem with your vehicle, this fantastic crew can fix it! I’ve been going here for 5 years now and today I had a screw in my tire. They took my car right away and fixed my problem immediately! Darrick's Preferred Auto definitely lives up to its name!
