If I could leave a ZERO, I would. Minimizer seat is the most uncomfortable seat I've ever sat in. It's like sitting on a board. It's simply too hard to be of any comfort. Great features, but terribly uncomfortable. I obviously wouldn't mind paying $2000 for a seat, if it gave me the comfort that I need for a long haul driver. As far as customer service goes, forget it. For some several months now, I've been trying to return this seat and all I get is a runaround. I am now left to file a complaint with the attorney generals office which I am in the process of doing. Stay away from this company is the best advice I can give.
