This body shop does an excellent job in getting your car repaired and back on the road after an accident. They don't nickel and dime you with unnecessary add ons, they are a preferred collision shop for your insurance so you can get right in and get car's damage taking care of in a reasonable time frame

I scraped a post with my 10 day old new car backing out of our parking space. Sean Mertes buffed out the yellow paint from the post in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for it! Great introduction to a good company.

Heidi and her crew were terrific! Replaced the back of my truck after a semi ran into me and did it pretty quickly. The best part is the inside of my truck was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Thanks!

I would like to thank the Caliber Collision location on West Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington. From the Service Manager Sean to the front desk person, as well as the shop people who completed the repairs in a timely manner, I had a very positive experience from start to finish.
I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision after I was hit by another vehicle while I was stopped in traffic on the interstate. I made an appointment with the service manager; he gave me a concise estimate with a timeframe for completion of the repairs. The work was completed a day earlier than originally planned which was very helpful for me.
I would recommend this auto repair business. They certainly helped make it easier for me to remedy an unfortunate situation. Kudos to Caliber Collision. Thank you.

The process of repairing my car with Caliber was quick and painless. I simply dropped my car off and picked it back up. They did everything else, from working with insurance to updating me on additional repair required to washing it prior to pickup. Hope I don't need repair again, but if I do, I will go back to Caliber.
